IE Version 10 Crashes every time with adobe

Question

    Hi,
we ran into some serious crashes in bunch of servers, around 100.
Adobe reader crash all the time.

The crash occurs because a callback-function into IA32.API had been declared previously. In the meantime IA32.API had been unloaded from the iexplore.exe-process, but  the callback-function was not removed. When the callback-function should be called through wininet!InternetIndicateStatus,
the pointer is no more pointing to a valid address (as the module had been unloaded), which is in fact an Access Violation.

we ranning IE without protected mode and without xss filtering.
also leatest CU for IE.
