IE11 will not allow proxy bypass addresses

Hello, after 2 frustrating days, I want to know if anyone has come across this issue and resolved it before I roll back to IE 10 for my 3 sites, as I cannot be the only one!
Using Windows 2008 R2 as domain controllers.
Clients are all Windows 7 SP1 with IE11 installed
IE was applied to the sites a couple of months ago and things were working fine. A few days ago I added a website to the proxy bypass settings in the Group Policy - whilst I was here, I did think it was a bit strange that it was set as a reg key and an Internet
setting - but as I didn't set these up (I've only been here a year), I didn't want to mess with what was working (irony)
As soon as I added an address to the proxy bypass (only did this at one of the 3 sites), the site I did this at stopped using the proxy. This caused issues in outlook with Out Of Office assistant and viewing free busy information for arranging meetings.
As I delved deeper into this issue, I found the answer was a problem with the proxy settings.
I have added the IE 10 settings, by using a Win 8 client to manage the group policy (this in itself took me about a day to realise you couldn't do this with Win2008). I can send the exact correct settings down to the clients, and I can check in the registry
that they are getting the settings, but in IE, there is nothing in proxy settings. Its all blank. I've read that with IE11, if you use the advanced tab, it then removes all proxy settings. If I send proxy details out via GP and don't add any proxy bypass addresses,
it works fine - however, I do need to bypass the proxy, as this is also causing intermittent outlook connection issues (using symantec squid). I've tried seperate policies, using reg key instead of internet settings, but no combination allows me to use the
proxy and have bypass addresses.
If someone has resolved this issue in the past, then please let me know what you did. On a test PC, I rolled back to IE 10 and it worked perfectly with bypass addresses in - so I could rollback, but I'd rather not go back to go forward!

We can follow the suggestions provided by Martin to configure proxy settings. Besides, how did we use group policy to deploy the proxy settings, via GPP Internet Settings extension? If yes, as a workaround, we can try to use GPP Registry extension to do
this to see if it helps.

When I swap to private browsing firefox allows me to anter the website address directly into the location bar - but this is a slow [prcess to swap back and forth - also by dint of using private browsing I loose my website information.

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

If you change your email, you do not need to "change" your AppleID. Just edit your email(s) on your Apple ID by logging in to your AppleID account. You should always use the same AppleID for Apple Services (iCloud, iTunes etc) and multiple ID will cause problems and confusion in the future.

Make sure you enter your new Id in settings/message, settings/facetime. ANy content that you downloaded with the old ID is forever linked to that old ID and if you have apps that were downloaded with the old ID and you want to update them you can only do that with the old ID. You could delete those apps and downlad them again ( and pay for them if they are not free apps)

To change the iCloud ID on your devices you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted (if using iOS 7), then sign back in with your current ID.
If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, you will have to temporarily recreate it in order to delete the existing account. To do this, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

First, create a Contacts Archive (from File>Export menu). This will be your backup.
Next, export the current contacts as vCards.
Then, follow the steps above.
Then, import all the cards you exported. If you select all and double-click, it will ask if you want to add them. You'll then have to add them to whatever groups you had set up.

After five hours of trying, I was able to overcome the flaw in the form, as it appeared on the Acrobat website, and

I called Adobe Customer Care for assistance and had to wait two hours for a return call, and by the time the
call came though I had found that the website form allowed me to pull-down for the State of location.
Adobe is an uncaring vendor, once it has your money in hand.

If you are trying to change country then you won't be able to whilst you have a balance on your account. If you can't spend it then you can try contacting iTunes Support and ask them if they can remove the balance so that you can change countries : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
