IE7 and BO XI R2 version 11.5.0.0

I wonder if BO XI R2 version 11.5.0.0 is compatible with IE7.
Best Regards

Hi Alain,
Following are the details of the supported version of the supported IE for the Windows platform.
IE 6.0 SP1
IE 6.0 SP2
IE 7.0 (3)
Note:- (3) Support for EPM products and Process Tracker planned post XI R2 General Availability.
I hope this helps you.

Prashant

  • Zooming animation is extremely slow in IE7 and IE8

    Hi,
    version: OracleAS MapViewer Version: Ver1033p5_B080908
    zooming effect is extremely slow in IE7 and IE8 (FF, Safari, Chrome do it fast!)
    thanks,
    Branislav

    I believe you can blame IE's incredibly slow JavaScript engine for this. That's my experience. There's not much the Mapviewer developers can do about that really.
    I had hoped, that IE8 had improved on that, but there hasn't really been any visible differences.

  • JFileChooser in Applet hangs ie7 and vm

    Hello
    First of all, excuse my poor english.
    In my website I have a problem with an applet.
    This applet is used to select files from the client computer.
    My JRE version is 1.5.0_10 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
    The browser is IE 7
    The OS is WinXP SP2
    First time the page is loaded works fine, but when the page is reloaded it crashes when it makes a new instance of JFileChooser.
    This hangs the ie and the vm.
    I've tried it in other computer that uses the 1.5.0_07 and ie 7, and it works fine.
    This is the code:
    shpFileChooser = new javax.swing.JFileChooser();
    shpFileChooser.setFileSelectionMode(javax.swing.JFileChooser.DIRECTORIES_ONLY);
    int retOutbox = shpFileChooser2.showOpenDialog(null);
    if(retOutbox==JFileChooser.APPROVE_OPTION){
    path = shpFileChooser2.getSelectedFile().getPath();
    else {
    path = "";
    Please Help me.

    I'm also have the problem with JFileChooser spiking the CPU in an applet -- with JRE 6 Update 2, which I just installed (did not happen with Update 1).
    When new JFileChooser() is hit, the CPU usage spikes to 100% for about 15 seconds until the control appears. Then as I navigate through folders, I get a similar spike for each click.
    This is happening for both IE7 and FireFox 2.0.0.5 on WinXP SP2.
    Any insights are much appreciated.

  • Partially blank pages in IE7 and IE8

    OS = XP 32 bit
    Browser = IE7
    Flash version = 10.1.102.64
    I was getting partially blank pages in IE8.  I unistalled it and installed IE7 and I got the same results.  I unistalled flash player and reinstalled I still have the same issue.  I get no error messages when I installed flash but it doesn't appear to be working.

    I had several other issues that were resloved once I ran the "secedit" command.  I didn't bring these other issues up since I didn't think they were realated.  The other issues were:  I couln't open WMP, and I couldn't  open " Help and Support".  I also tried to put IE8 back on my computer but the installed failed.  Once I ran the "scedit" command and registered the listed dll's, ALL of my isues were resolved.  No more blank web pages, I was able to open WMP and Help and Support, and I was able to upgrade to IE8.
    Also before running the "scedit" command I got error messages when I tried to register the dll's that I mentioned.  The dll's weren't missing, they just weren't registered.
    Uninstall and reinstall did nothing for me.  Niether did the vs 9 method.
    Thanks for all your help.  I hope the resolution I found can help others too.

  • Ie7 and ie8, again shocks :(

    Thanks Arun.

  • SeamlessTabbing broken in IE7 and IE8

    I have a Flash movie in an html page and need seamless tabbing to work as the page has to be 508 compliant (so you need to be able to use the tab key to navigate)...In IE7 and IE8 you can tab through fine once, but if you continue the tab the second time around the flash movie gets ignored. At first I thought it was me, but I found two samples online that were deemed to be functioning in a correct tab looping...and they do the same behavior...work fine once and the second time around the Flash content is ignored!!! I have found nothing addressing this...anywhere.... (BTW I have things running fine in FireFox...that was an easy fix)...but I have to target both IE and Firefox...
    Here are the samples that are deemed to be correctly functioning tab looping (seamless tabbing)...however they are not in IE7 and 8
    seamless tabbing sample 1
    seamless tabbing sample 2
    Any help to ressolve this would be appreciated...I just can't get focus back within the Flash movie...

    Agree totally with TexasApexDeveloper here. Trying to find a way to get older versions of IE to render HTML5 content is not a reasonable solution and will be a constant uphill battle.
    You mentioned that your users use IE <9 on XP systems. Is IE the only browser installed on user workstations? Could Firefox be an option?

  • Looking for list of ie7 and flash bugs

    I'd like to stay clear of any ie7 and flash bugs that are out there, does anyone know of a list of any known bugs with flash player and ie7?
    I'm currently experiencing an issue where flash 10 and my app do not work in IE7 but they work fine in all other browsers.

    Hi, Check in Tools, manage add ons(all categories) for Shockwave Flash Object and make sure it is Enabled and is the same version of Flash Player you have Installed.
    Test with each browser here and if Flash Player is Installed correctly you should see the animation and the version of Flash Player will be displayed also. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
    If you need further help, post back your operating system, other browsers used and versions.
    Thanks,

  • Jsp error Message: Access is denied. on customers IE7 and IE8

    Hello,
    Here is a thing:
    Customer getting js error in IE7 and IE8. Firefox works fine.
    I am not able to reproduce on internal machine with ie8. also internally all works in ie9 (also in browsing modes ie7, ie8). and of course firefox works great internally as well.
    Error happens when they navigate back to caller page from popup page (SelectPG) by selecting not partial action. When they click on the commandImageLink popupPage get blanked (get white with no any information on it) and stays and IE showing yellow exlamation mark in the bottom left corner with error:
    Message: Access is denied.
    Line: 1
    Char: 53
    Code: 0
    URI: http://cusomer_host:7001/product/faces/selectFlow/SelectPG?_adf.ctrl-state=1paop64rm_38
    SelectPG is inside bounded taskflow which is ran as dialog from caller taskflow.Popup page SelectPG opens fiine and all information is displayed correctly, they can see table with all information do filtering on table etc...
    i dont have access to customer enviroment. and i am not able to reproduce this on any of our internal enviroments.
    kind of stuck here will appreciate any thoughts/hints/suggestions.
    thanks in advance!

    and it seems that to reproduce this - you can run any of your application which have taskflow's <inline-popup> with this kind of link:
    a href="http://weblogic:7101/yourproduce/faces/yourPage.jspx" target="_blank">go to your application </A
    for some reason target="_blank" makes popup not to be closed throwing the Access is denied error.
    Do you know if there is any patch for this? (updating jdev version is not the option)

  • Ul.hmb ul alignment problem ie7 and lower only

    So to my knowledge the menu on my site works correctly in all other browsers except ie7 and lower. As a last resort I have turned to conditional style sheets for ie7 and previous versions to take care of this problem. Here's a link to my site: http://geekpowwow.com
    My style sheets are large and probably a little disorganized so i'll post the relevant rules here. I'll post one ul and if you guys have any thoughts on how to solve this problem please let me know. (I have removed a#li and div.menubaralign from the ie7 css)

  • I have an app that only works on IE7 is there a firefox version equivalent to IE&7?

    My LTS 2808me DVR's only work on IE7, and I can no longer down garde that far to IE7 on my windows laptop. I was told that firefox has a version equilent to IE7 , how do I download it?

    If that application is using proprietary IE (MS) code then it will only work in IE and not in Firefox.
    You can install a portable (ESR) Firefox version to access websites that do not work with the current Firefox release.
    The portable version comes with its own profile folder and doesn't interfere with the currently installed release version.

  • I am on windows 7 and I upgraded to 10.0.2 and now it will not open. I have removed firefox completely and uploaded it again and that did not work. So my latest attempt I removed firefox 10 again and uploaded the beta version and once again nothing.

    I am on windows 7 and I upgraded to the newest verison of firefox and now it will not open. I have removed firefox completely and uploaded it again and that did not work. I then made sure it could get through my firewall and that did not work. So my latest attempt I removed firefox 10 again and uploaded the beta version hoping that would do it and once again nothing. It will not open at all. Please help - is there a live chat or a number to talk to someone at Firefox?

    I think when uninstalling you may also have to choose (tick) to delete the preferences and other personal data like the bookmarks, stored passwords etc. to erase completely. If you are installing afresh, please try right-clicking on the file and '''Run as administrator''' to install. And when uninstalling, please also make sure choose to delete all data and also manually delete any '''Mozilla''', '''Mozilla Firefox''' or '''Firefox''' from %appdata%, %localappdata% and %programfiles%. You can open a location by typing for eg. %appdata% in the '''Run''' box (Windows key + R). You may also have to check the '''VirtualStore''' folder in %localappdata%. Files in the VirtualStore can be problematic. I think a clean installation may help.

    Please note that using system restore would usually damage the Firefox installation.

  • My new 8th gen iPod nano is 'not recognized' by my computer. My computer runs on Windows 7, and I've installed and updated the latest versions of itunes etc, but still to no avail! I've tried different usb ports, troubleshooting...

    My computer runs on Windows 7, and I've installed and updated the latest versions of itunes etc, but still to no avail! I've tried different usb ports, troubleshooting, etc... But it still says "One of the USB decuces arrached to this omputer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it".
    The iPod is brand new, sent to me by Apple as part of the 1st gen replacement programme. I've been using the cable that came with the 1st gen iPod (I bought the first gen second hand) It always worked on my computer with the 1st gen iPod. So I was wondering, do you think I need to replace my cable in order for my PC to recognize my iPod or is it something else?
    Thanks

    Try a different cable. And are you connecting directly to your computer or through a USB hub?
