If I am trying apply for a job on my iPad, how can I upload a resume onto the site?

I need to upload a resume form my iPad to the website, but every time I hit the choose file button provided on the site, what pops up is, Take picture or video, or Choose Selected. Why won’t this operation work on my iPad.
P.S: I don’t know why it says iPod Touch below. This is an iPad question.

It won't work on your iPad because Safari doesn't allow it. You need to use another browser that lest you upload files. I use iCab Mobile. It has many more features that Safari and it will let you upload files.

IF you download iCab, you will have to make this work by going into the iCab Settings> Network>Uploads Via>iCab Mobile

First, the app must be universal...designed for both iPhone/iPad:
Tap App Store.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Tap Updates.
Tap Purchased on the resulting screen.
Locate the app in your Purchased tab.
Tap the download icon.
The app will begin downloading and you'll be taken back to your home screen.

How can I upload my music to the iTunes Store for others to Purchase

I am the co-founder & webmaster for a small non-profit organization *"Dreams Fulfilled Through Music"*. We provide adaptive music education & music therapy services to children & adults w/ special needs. Our mission is to bring the joy making music to ALL with special needs.
As part of that mission we have the *+_WORLD'S ONLY_+ Accordion Orchestra that is comprised completely of children & adults that have special needs and senior citizens who act as their mentors.* This ensemble, the *_Alamo Angels Accordion Orchestra_* has made several DVDs & some audio recordings of their performances and I would like to make them available to the world via the iTunes Store but I cannot figure out how to do this!! I cannot find anywhere on the iTunes Store website to add our performing ensemble as an artist that has their recordings available in the iTunes Store.
Can someone please help me figure out how to make our recordings available to the world via iTunes??

Open Safari preferences, click on the Security icon in the toolbar, uncheck the pop-up blocker option.

Try going to Settings>Safari and turning Block Pop-ups off.

I just updated to the new operating system which i'm starting to think was a bad idea, because it reset all my settings and I don't know how to fix them.

so when I go to safari>preferences>security>uncheck box labled enable java script links on webpages don't work and pictures and links son't want to appear on websites. this made it so webpages don't want to work past loading the content in text format. I have to check enable java script to go the webpages to work right so images and links work again but when I try to apply for this job the error message pops up saying I need to enable cookies and java script.
SO I GUESS MY QUESTION IS IF JAVA SCRIPT IS ALREADY ENABLED HOW TO I ENABLE COOKIES?

I am assessing the "new" version of Apply for a Job to see whether it will achieve the requirements of a customer who is not ready to pursue the iRecruitment.
When I apply for a job as an employee I uploaded a resume. Now, acting as the recruiter I want to be able to see that resume. I checked within the core app against the employee's application record and there was nothing visible. Can anyone tell me where this file is stored?

Restart your phone,hold the home button and the off button down till the apple symbol comes up. If that doesnt fix it , you need to do a restore in itunes by connecting to itunes , click on your phones name to the left, then click restore in the center of the screen and restore from backup.

You can download both at the same time.
But you may wish to start off with one and use it full time, then download the other later, so you get the maximum possible time with both.
