Help you do what? If you wish to gift an iTunes purchase to someone else, you need to do so at the time of purchase. If you have already purchased it it for your self and downloaded it, it is too late to gift it without making another purchase. There isn't anything anyone here can do for you.

You may not be able to get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you, particularly if the problem was on their end preventing the movie from downloading in a reasonable time.

I rented a movie teh other night and started the download. It was taking a while so I went to bed. In the morning there was an error message and the movie did not download. I did nothing as I figured I would just try agian another day. A few days later I received my receipt by email. I had been charged even though I never got access to the movie. I tried to access the download again, but can not figure out gow to download the movie agian without being chraged. PLease help.
You could try the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option. If that doesn't start it downloading then you will need to contact iTunes support (rentals are a one-time only download, so they will need to add it back into your queue).
Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film, click the arrow to the left of it and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -
Can previously bought apps be re-installed without being charged again on my account?
I upgraded my IPad to IOS5, did the back-up and synced files from iTunes back to my IPad. However, just this morning, I noticed that some of my previously installed apps (Talking Animals) weren't saved on the iTunes Library or any other location where it could be found on my iTunes. I checked the apps again on App Store, then I found that I have to install it again. My worries is that, if I re-install it again, my account might be charged again. Can I recover that app without paying twice?

I have already bought the Season 7 of me and my friends favorite show I downloaded it on my iPad and I want to know if I sign into my iTunes on my friends iPhone if iTunes would then again charge me.
There is one caveat. The app still has to be in the app store. As LNG as its in the app store and you paid for it once you can download it again. Also before you download it check to see I fit has been updated. Many apps require a later iOS to run that the version you reported.

There is no physical media. You will indeed have to download it and apply the serial during install.

You only get one download of movies. It is your responsibility to backup your purchases.

Can I download software from App store that I already own the disc without being charged?
I own Call of Duty 4 on disk and it is loaded on my MBP, but I was wondering if I can download it from the App store so that any updates, for example, can be kept up to date, without being charged again for the software?
No unfortunately that is not possible. If you bought the app on disk you would have to buy it again to get it from the app store.

Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer. -

I just don't want any difficulty for my father to open and enjoy his book.
