If i bought an ipod five months ago, and it was stolen, will the warranty mean that apple will replace it?

My ipod was stolen from school two days ago and ive been going over topics and articles and as far as i can tell, it looks like apple will replace it because my warranty is still in place. is this true?

Warranties for any product do not cover theft at all.
Warranties cover manufacturer defects.
If your tv is stolen does Sony just give you another? Of course not.
Does Ford give you another car if your is stolen? Of course not.
If your shoes are stoledn does Nike give you another pair? no.

Not sure where you heard that, but it's wrong. Apple doesn't cover lost phones under any circumstances, just like an auto manufacturer doesn't repeal your car if it's stolen. That's what insurance is for. Your carrier may have an option if you signed up for insurance through them. Or your credit card company, or your homeowner's/renter's insurance might.
But not Apple.

As soon as I saw it I recover the password and return the access to my iPad. But iPhone is not registered for my apple ID any longer. Can Apple help me somehow? I have all the documents and the iPhone box. Will they lock the iPhone and return me access to it. I'm sure it's been attached to another apple ID.
PS. the apple ID I'm using on the discussons is not the hacked one.

Take your original proof of purchase from an Apple authorized retailer (or Apple Store) and the police report, make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and they should be able to help you.

Which camera make and model are your Raw files from?
Camera Raw ships with Photoshop and is constantly upgraded by Adobe to keep up with new cameras as they are released to market.
It's likely that your camera requires a version of Camera Raw which is not compatible with your CS5. Or you may simply need to upgrade Camera Raw via Help > Updates in Photoshop.

When I open the Bonusprint software there is a window on the side with 'LIBRARIES' at the top and I can access my photos and albums from here. Try to reboot it. Hold down the sleep and home keys until you see the silver apple, about 20 seconds or so. It should reboot and work for you.

You have 14 days to return the computer w/no questions asked. Plus you have 90 days of FREE phone tech support on top of your standard 1 year warranty unless you also purchased AppleCare which gives you an additional 2 years of coverage plus FREE phone support.
Strongly suggest that you take FULL advantage of the above before it runs out. Let Apple deal w/the problems.
