ThanksThe Mac & iOS Numbers are two separate applications for two different operating systems. You need to buy both, but only once for each OS.

Do you already have the Kindle app downloaded to an iPhone or another iPad? Do you have "Automatic Downloads" turned on under Settings>iTunes & App Store for Apps on your iPad?
You might want to try touching and holding the Kindle App option in your Purchased list, and when it highlights, let go, and it will go to a a detail page for the app with another "Open" option on it. See if it will open from there.
If you do have Automatic Downloads turned on on the iPad, turn it off, and then go back to purchased to see if the Kindle is still showing as "Open".

Change your font.
Some fonts do not have bold or italic and OSX will not fake them.

YakubThe iPhone and the Mac do not run on the same operating system. IPhone apps do not run on a Mac. Mac apps do not run iPhone. If the developer has created an app for both the iPhone and the Mac they almost always sell them separately in the respective app stores.

you may do better in the Developer or even the iWeb sections - but possibly the iPhone is designed to display regular (much wider than 480) pages w/o scrolling, so defaults to 'squeezing' yours to suit that. -

My Game Center is not letting me log in on my ipad but I have no issues with my iPhone. Does anyone else have this issue lately. This has just stared recently. When I go to Game Center is just trying to load continuously.
I have the same exact problem. I have literally done everything that everyone says works but it hasn't solved mine. I went to the Recieved at and It has my number and my email right under neath it but I can not select my Number. My Email is clickable but my number is like a super faded grey not like you can't see it but it is not close to black.

Yes, the Mac Pages app is different than the iOS Pages app.
Once you purchase Pages for iPad you can then use it on all your iOS devices (iPhone, iPod) but not on your Mac and vice versa.
