If i delete an icloud account off an iphone does it delete the account everywhere?
So I have an old iphone from my mom because she recently got a new one, and the old one has the same icloud on it as the new one. If I delete that icloud account on the old iphone to log in with my account will I delete the icloud account on her new iphone?

To change to iCloud ID on your phone you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID then sign in with the new ID. If you don't know the password for the old ID, and if the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I have two iPhones. I just backed up all my photos on my old phone using iCloud but when I log into iCloud on my new iPhone nothing appears? The GB for the photos has been taken from my iCloud allowance so how do I retreive them on the new phone

By far the most common problem hardware-wise seems to be scuffs on the aluminium. Yours is the first report of a faulty screen I've seen.
If you use the same Apple ID on both devices it'll sync whatever you want it to - music/apps/photos/messages/etc.

My iphone was updating to IOS6 from IOS5, then I thought by turning off my iphone it will cancel the update. It did, but now it keeps turning on but not compleely only until the apple sign shows up then turns off. Help please!
You will have to try putting it in DFU mode and allowing it to update. Once it has begun, you can't stop it.

You can delete songs off your iPhone by swiping sideways across the song or album, then tapping Delete.

my account was off for two hours due to overloaded mailbox, is it possible that some messages were sent to me at that time and therefore I won't receive those messages sent to my account during those two hours? Thanks...
Messages sent to you while your mailbox is full would've been bounced back to the sender.

I have recently upgraded to Mavericks and bought an iPhone 5s. Initially I used the id already registered with Apple but changed it after a few days having used it on both my phone and MacBook Pro. Once I changed my id on the website, my MacBook Pro is fine but my phone has not synched the new id although any changes I make to Calendar, Notes, Contacts, etc do synch between them - puzzling. How can I change the id on my phone - in Settings it does not appear to be possible.

If it truly is ALL apps (including the preinstalled apps) that will not open, try a reset and see if that helps.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
If only the third party apps will not work, then Meg's advice should work. -
I was just wondering if I can delete an iCloud account off my iPhone without deleting contacts, etc off another iPhone who is using the same iCloud. My sister has an iPhone and i recently got one myself, when I was setting it up I used her iCloud account and all our contacts merged together. When I tried to delete these contacts off my phone they also deleted off my sisters phone.

I would be very grateful for any information you would have in relation to this, Thank you.To migrate your data to a new account, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted, sign into the new account and choose Merge when prompted to upload the data to the new account. When you delete the account it only deletes it from your device. Other devices still using the account will not be effected by this.
After moving to your new account, you can then go to icloud.com on your computer, sign into each iCloud account separately and delete the data you don't want from each account (i.e., deleting your sister's data from your account and vice versa).
