I want to change the ID of iCloud to be the same as my iMac. If I delete my iCloud account on my iMac or the iPad, and if I sign back in using a new ID, will my photos in iCloud be lost?

Yes, they are tied to your iCloud ID. Of course, if you can save them to your iPhoto events prior to making this change and they will still be in iPhoto. Then you can add them to your new photo stream from iPhoto. (If you have Automatic Import enabled in iPhoto>Preferences>iCloud they will probably already be in your events. You can check by control-clicking on a photo. If it says "Show in Library" it's stored in your events.)

If your device is signed into your old iCloud ID and you are trying to change it to your current ID, and if the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, go tohttps://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Welcome to the Support Communities!
The easiest way to have multiple users with multiple devices share a single computer is to create a User Account on your Windows PC for each person. Each person should also have a unique Apple ID. That will keep each individual's iTunes Library separate from the others and each individual can associate and backup several devices to their iTunes library.

Hi, I have updated my MacPro, Iphone and Ipad and installed the Icloud. My Ipod merges with the Ipad and visa versa but neither merges with the notebook nor does the notebook merge with them.

Home Sharing is designed to work on your local network not across the internet/cloud.
Stuff is accessed under the Computers column where your local iTunes library on a local computer would appear.
Home Sharing would share your iTunes content (i.e. stuff stored in itunes on the computer, not in the cloud) with AppleTV or an iPad etc on the SAME network.
AppleTV2 will not be able to see itunes content on the work computer over the internet. It's not designed to. if the work computer was on the home network it would.
iCloud is in it's infancy and is not a mature product - iTunes TV Show purchases appear on AppleTV, but currently music does not unless you are subscribed to iTunes Match. I find this rather odd to be honest, along with the inability to buy music on AppleTV2. Movies purchased in iTunes are not authorised for iCloud viewing currently either.
Maybe it has something to do with iTunes Match 'getting in the way' - i think they assume you'll use that whereas you really want to be able to access Purchased music from the cloud without subscribing to itunes Match which is overkill for some.

How can I delete my iCloud account when it is sending a verification email to an address which is no longer accessible?

I recently changed my old iTunes User id from an old, defunct, and inaccessible email address to a new and active one. To do this I went to iTunes 'Manage your Account'. At the same time, I changed my password, and this has been working fine.
However, I now need to change my iCloud account, so I read up on it and saw that I needed to delete my old iCloud account and set up a new one with the new iTunes user id. When I tried to delete the iCloud account, it sent a verification email to the old, defunct email address, and will not allow me to go any further until I confirm the verification.
The problem is of course that I can't access the old email address to confirm the verification that iCloud has sent to it.
Solutions already tried:
Go into iTunes and 'Manage my account' - this doesn't work as there is no option to manage the iCloud account here, only the iTunes account
Reset the iTunes account to the old email address - this doesn't work, as it still sends a verification to the old email address, and I can't access it to confirm
Contacting Apple by email - tried this but they didn't seem to have a clue what I was talking about!
Does anyone out there have any bright ideas? All welcome!

You will need the password. If you can't get it reset via http://iforgot.apple.com (if you remember the answers to the account's security questions then you should be able to reset it via them) then try contacting Support in your country, they should be able to reset it.
