If i download iphoto 11 to my mini, do i have to buy it again for my macbook and my ipad?
If I download iPhoto to my Mini, do I also have to buy it for my MacBook? I assume I would have to get a separate version for the iPad. Or.... is there a way to have it on DVD to use on both computers? Thanks.
If you pruchase iPhoto for your Mac from the App Store you can use it on any Mac that you own
iPhoto for the iPad is a completely different app and requires a different purchase.

I downloaded Keynote to my iPad and I can't seem to get it on my I phone without buying it again! Is this the only option?
Ok. On the iPad, go to the App Store then tap Purchased at the bottom and see if it shows Keynote there (it will say OPEN instead of a cloud symbol)
If it does show, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID and Password and see if Keynote shows up there.
If it does, go to your iPhone, go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Tap your Apple ID > Tap Sign Out.
Restart your iPhone.
Go back to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Sign in with your Apple ID and Password.
Check the App Store App > Updates > Purchased for Keynote.
If it still doesn't show up there, contact the iTunes Store: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ -

It depends on what country you're in; using the Transfer Purchases function in iTunes on a computer and then syncing the iPad mini is always free.

ThanksThey can be downloaded, but they are not free. You have a used computer. It was your responsibility to find out from the seller if they were installed. The seller gets the apps tied to his/her Apple ID. For you to use and update them would require you to purchase your own copies tied to your Apple ID.

Why can't I download apps I have to pay for on to my new iPad Mini. I have had an Apple id for my iPhone for years and have downloaded app to it, no problems. When I try to download apps to my new iPad Mini, it tells me my billing info has to be confirmed. After confirming with same info that is already there it tells me to contact support, no help up to this point.
Could the credit card be expired?
Beyond that, what you need to do is contact iTunes support, they can tell you exactly what is wrong, none of us here can do that.
In the lower right corner of this page is a 'contact us' link. Click on that and you'll see a page full of info and links, one of which is iTunes support. -

No just log into the App Store from the MBP and use the same Apple ID.
You;re allowed to load the software onto as many Apple computers than you own.

Simply, you can't download it.
If you want to upgrade to iphoto 11 then you'll need to either
1. Upgrade your OS to 10.7.5 - which requires a purchase of the OS
Or
2. Find an iLife 11 install disk. You may get one on Amazon or Ebay. -
I downloaded Lion from the App Store on to my iMac and did not save it to a thumb before installing. Do I have to buy it again to install it on my Macbook Pro and iPad, or is there another way to do that?
All my electronics are about a year old. iPad is Model MB293LL (4.2.1) only wi-fi - no phone.
MacBook Pro is OSX 10.6.8 Build 10K549. Also have an AT&T iPhone that I basically use as a Palm, since I changed carriers.

Hold the Option key and click on “Purchases”
Hold the Option key and click on “OS X Lion” from the purchased app list
“Installed’ should now say “Install” which allows you to download OS X Lion.
This assumes you are using the same Apple ID on both computers.
Lion does not get installed on an iPad. It runs iOS. -

Were the movies deleted from your iPad before the movies were transferred from your iPad to your iTunes library on your computer?
If the movies were deleted from your iPad before transferring the movies to your iTunes library on your computer, you will need to purchase the movies again. -
