just wanna see wutsup before i download iTunes 8. I dont wanna download/upgrade and then have Logic all buggy. Lemme know!

I've got iTunes 8 and Logic Pro on a couple of machines and I've not noticed any problems.
Are you being sarcastic ? Or is there an issue I'm unaware of ?

No, iTunes updates do not delete data. But to play it safe, at least backup your "iTunes Library.itl" file, which is your iTunes library. This file, and all your media files, should be on a daily backup routine to ensure you don't lose things when bad things happen.

im trying to downlaod itunes to my computer i have windows 7 home preimum 32bit so i meet what u need to downlaod it but i will hit run or save either or it will start downloading then it will run the security check and then say that the program can not be downloaded i have norton virus as my protection on my computer i turned it off and trieed again and it still is doing the same thing it will not allow me to download itunes

Since 2 updates ago my computer will download itunes but will not open.
Since 2 updates ago my windows 7 will not open itunes no matter how many times I remove, or redownload itunes.
HelpNo message just a momentary flicker as it attemped to open.
When I plug in Iphone I can download photos, that is all -

Yesterday I purchased a song from iTunes. It will not play at all.
I only have the one account and have not authorized any additional computers. It shows up in the library but when I double click the song it does nothing. If I play the preceding song iTunes skips the new song and places the one after. All artwork and everything appears to have been downloaded properly.
Additionally, I downloaded a nother song earlier yesterday and I have no problems with it.

Downloaded iTunes 10 - Will not open
Hello everyone - This is my first time posting here, but I am at an impass and need some help.
I upgraded to itunes 10 and now it will not open. I have removed all other itunes files and quick time and loaded it again, still nothing. I have done all of the suggested fixes for this, and it still will not work. I tried loading itunes 9.2 and it will not work because it says that the library was created using a newer version of itunes. So, I removed everything and tried to load itunes 10 again, same deal. It loads fine, but when you click on the icon on the desktop, nothing happens. I called microsoft and they said that they suggest oly using upto iTunes 7.6! I received an online gift card for Father's Day. When I tried to redeem the gift then I received a error message saying I had some itune files missing and I needed to reinstall/download itunes. Will I still have my previous purchase credits after downloading and reistalling itunes?
You will, because the credited funds are on your iTunes account, not the application. When you reinstall iTunes just configure it with your old iTunes account and your credits will be there waiting for you.

Are you able to successfully download an installer if you use Firefox instead of IE or vice versa? (Firefox handles network/internet connections differently from other browsers, so an issue in IE can sometimes be overcome by using Firefox or vice versa.) -
