You should be able to assign it to an event in Settings > Sounds. Or you can go into the Contacts app, select the contact that you want to assign it to, tap the Edit button and assign it to them.
Ringtones are currently a one-time only download from the store, so you may want to copy it over to the Tones part of your computer's iTunes library via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases so that you can take a backup copy of it

Manage downloads in itunes. Where do I find this?
Help I downloaded a movie and it will not play. When I hit the cloud icon it tells me this movie was purchased but not downloaded and to go to manage my downloads to finish downloading where do I find this? I saw a download icon when I originally downloaded the movie but that is now gone. Help!!!

But I can't find any help information in iTunes at all, let alone when items are not syncing.
How do I figure out what is not syncing?Since it seems App related, I'm not sure what to offer you. I guess the only suggestion I have is for you to reboot your iPad and then try again. To reboot, hold the power and home buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds (keep holding past the swipe to shut down bar if it appears) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart. You won't lose any settings or data, so it's worth a shot.

Ordered Premiere Elements 13, can't find download for Mac. Where can I find it?
I just purchased Adobe Premiere Elements as an upgrade, and tried to download it. However, the only option I could find was a Windows download. Anyone know where to find the Mac download? Thanks!

How can i retrieve my downloaded podcast and itunes university data files using IOS 5?
I don't know about iTunes U files since I don't use them but look for your podcasts in the Music App. Tap on More in the bottom right corner of the app and you can select Podcasts from the resulting menu. I assume that iTunes U would be in there as well.
Video podcasts would still be found in the videos app. -

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
