If I email a retouched photo, can recipient revert it to original?

Say, hypothetically, someone removes a pimple and a wrinkle using iPhoto and then mails the pic to some guy she meets on a dating site. Can the guy load her pic into iPhoto on his own computer, click "Revert to original," and see that the woman doesn't have such a peaches-and-cream complexion after all? (I have no physical imperfections whatsoever, of course -- I'm asking on a behalf of a less fortunate friend.)

Nope, they get only the picture that was sent.
You would have to send the entire iPhoto Library to someone in order for them to have the revert to original option available to them in iPhoto. And in that scenario you would be sending them every single picture in iPhoto as well...so you'd have more things to be worried about I'd wager
I would also add, someone could paste in pink bunnies to her picture as well as horns and pimples...what a picture that would be.

How can I revert to the original "next" menu.

I've installed a theme and reverted back to the default theme, but my next button is messed up.

Can't revert back to original DataStore Authentication

I have installed Access Manger using SingleWAR installation option.
The default Authectication for this case is DataStore(Flat file repository)
I changed this authentication to JDBC for testing the connectivity to mysql databse and its use for authentication.
The authectication was unsuccessful (even with the valid user names and passwords which I tried). Now I am unable to login to Access Manager console and change the Authentication back to DataStore.
Any way out ?

How can I forward email with embedded photos so that the recipient gets them that way instead of all the text followed by all the photos?

Thanks (or merci beaucoup). I am using Mail version 5.2 (1278) that came with the iMac (Mac OS X 10.7.4). When I forward the email to myself at my "me.com" email address from my "cox.net" email address, the photos come out as attachments even though they were embedded when I received the email on my cox.net email. What setting(s) can I make to have it get to me.com the way it was in cox.net, i.e. embedded instead of as attachments?

Icloud photo library won't work unless connected to wifi. If I am trying to attach a pic to a message or email, I get the error "photo can't be downloaded from iphoto library, please try later." If I connect to wifi it works just fine.

If it's truly "storing" a low res version on my phone it shouldn't have to download anything. I can understand the uploading of pics to library only being done over wifi, but there are plenty of times I'm going to want to send a pic when I'm not going to be near a network. It does work occasionally, but the norm is that I get the error.

There is issue with Windows 7 when you send the email. It gives the message you specified.
But you can always use Adobe Email client to send your images. In this workflow also you would get the error message but you can ignore it and continue to send the mail.

How can I add a description to a photo that I am going to email so it will be emailed with the photo? For that matter how can I add a description to a photo that will stay with (or on?) the photo?

Add your description as you normally would. Then export the photo using the File -> Export command. In the resulting dialogue you have a number of options. If you check the box at Titles and Descriptions then these wil be written to the IPTC metadata of the files, and available in any app that understands this metadata.

No. Not without access to a computer running iTunes. You do want to use your own computer so that you can restore from your backup and sync your own content back from iTunes.

If you are using regular Mac Mail, and you are on Mountain Lion, this is what I can do:
1. Go into Mail, and start a new message
2. At the top, you will see 4 icons - the third one over brings up the Photo Browser from iPhoto
3. Go through your pics and select the one you want and drag it onto the mail page
4. Once you have done that, a small bar on the right-hand side will show up that will allow you to select whether you want the image size to be small, medium, or large. Once you select a size, all photos you add will be that same size.

Friends on Android galaxy do not receive my emails with attached photos sent from my iPhone. Why

I have an iPhone 4 running 6.1 OS. Several times I have taken photos with my iPhone and then tried to email them from my iPhone to friends using Android Galaxy. They never receive the emails. When I select the photo to be emailed from "Camera Roll", several options appear (Mail, Message, Photo Stream, Twitter, Facebook etc). I select "Mail", then select an email address from my contact list, add some text to the message, select the size of photo and send. The email with attached photo is never received. Any idea why?

Well, your response about MMS is beyond my understanding unfortunately. Don't understand too well this issue of MMS and IMessage. I checked my settings and "Send as MMS" was OFF. I have turned it ON and tried to re-send the photos. No word yet if it was received.. Also, the "send and receive" addresses in the "Messages" setting only included my "@me" email address, and not my Yahoo address, which I am trying to add. It doesn't seem to be able to complete the verification process for that Yahoo address (it remains in a perpetual state of "verifying"), although it did add an "icloud" address, and my cell phone number. I have my "cellular data" turned OFF because I am in the States (I am Canadaian) and wish to restrict roaming charges. So are you saying that I cannot send photo attachments in emails from my iPhone, while connected to the in-house internet modem/router - ie., that I can do so only if my "cellular data" setting is ON? Then why do the messages still appear in the SENT folder? Do the settings on the recipient phone have an impact? It doesn't seem so because they were able to receive the messages from the PC/Hotmail source.

How to remove an email address if I can't get to my Apple ID account.

I had to change my email acct and do not have access to the original one my icloud, iTunes,etc have. I changed it and signed out and was able to successfully change to the new email on iTunes and Apple ID. However, I can not get icloud to change over and.

I have two questions. 1 how can I put attachments with my email. 2 how can I see my folders eg sent, and others I have set up on my Mac. Thanks, Arie.

Oops, was a bit premature with the questions.
1 Basically I want to be able to attach a picture to my email. I know I can email from my pictures but it is hard to keep track of those emails.
2 how can I get to my folders. I know they are there when I sort my emails into folders, but say I want to get into one of the folders, eg sent. How ?

If you start in the photos app and select the photo(s) to email, then that email should go into your Sent folder on your email account, so you should be able to keep track of them from there.
To get to your other email folders just tap your account id at the top left of your Inbox (it will be Mailboxes if you've only one account set up on the iPad) and that should take you to a list of your folders, and just tap the one that you want to go into. If you have more than one account active on the iPad you will have a Mailboxes button at the top of the list of folders that allows you to go up another level so that you can select a different account and then folder
