If I get the APP & send in my iPod b4 the second year,do I have to pay s&h?
I got my 5th gen iPod last May and the battery is already dead. I haven't gotten the AppleCare Protection Plan (APP) yet but if I get it and then send my iPod in for a new battery directly after I start my APP(before the second year starts), do I still have to pay $30 shipping and handling for the iPod or am I covered by the plan?
Also, how long will it take for me to get the plan and get it up and running? And is it really worth 60 friggin bucks?

As long as the app remains in the store then you should also be able to redownload it (as long as it's compatible with iPads) directly on your iPad via the Purchased tab in the App Store app. -

Do you have at last iOS version 2.0 or later? If so, make sure the App store hasn't been disabled from under the Restrictions setting. To check, head to Settings -> General -> Restrictions. You might also want to make sure it wasn't move to a folder or to another page.

I have a new ipad and everything works but can't connect to the app store. Itunes works and the wifi seems to be working but i get a blank white screen when i open the appstore. Nothing will load unter the features or charts tab so i cant download any apps. Purchased and updates tab loads fine. Any suggestions?

If your phone is offline, the ONLY way to find it is to look for it the old fashioned way. Your phone CANNOT be located electronically if it's offline.

Have you tried downloading the shows via the purchased tab in the iTunes app? That is where you will be able to find previously purchased TV shows. Try in there, but take note.

IOS5 upgrade wipes your iPad disk. When you re-sync to your computer, you should get all of the apps that are checked under the Apps page in iTunes.

You mentioned that you tried restoring....have you restored your phone as a NEW device (NOT using your backup)?
Restore your device as NEW. DO NOT add any apps other than those included with iOS 5. Try sending messages. If your phone works, then add your apps back. If not, then you have a hardware failure and you'll have to bring your phone to Apple for evaluation. -

2. You can remove data from your Home folder except for the /Home/Library/ folder.
3. Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on freeing up space on your hard drive.

You must Empty the Trash in order to recover the space they occupied on the hard drive.
You should consider replacing the drive with a larger one. Check out OWC for drives, tutorials, and toolkits.
Try using OmniDiskSweeper 1.8 or GrandPerspective to search your drive for large files and where they are located.
