You are mispelling the url address. Specifically it is not "htt" it should be "http" then the remainder of the address.

You have a Retina MacBook Pro, it runs OS X 10.7 or 10.8.
It won't run Snow Leopard (10.6) and Rosetta is only for Snow Leopard to run older PowerPC processor based programs when Mac's used to have those instead of the Intel processors they all have now.

So, pretty much, I hadnt updated my ipod for quite sometime...and it wouldnt let me take music from my ipod onto my computer (now running the latest itunes) When I finally decided to update everything, the information about icloud said that it could download previously purchased music etc. So, I figured it would all be fine, as I assumed all my music, as Ive always used the same account, would overall be saved onto that in someway or another, and it could at least make it realise that Ive already downloaded things? so, I updated, my ipod was wiped except for photos, and now I cant get any of my previously purchased music, videos, or apps....however...I really care about the music most of all. I've read help sections millions of times...but I cant find any that acctually help me (none of the apple ones I have found have even mentioned the fact that theres NOTHING in the purchased bar) I tried downloading something else and that works fine on this new 'icloud' thing. Pretty much, I am acctually terrible with technology...and I probably should never assume things ever again...but if you have any idea what I could do to help me...that would be much appreciated!

Can someone tell me why every I have to reset my options when a new version of Firefox is released?
So I just installed the latest version, and I had to reset Tabs on Top to false, reset my font because the default is too small for me to see well, reset how I want PDF documents handled (I do NOT want them to open in the browser), and a few other nitpicky things. Is there some reason these preferences cannot be retained between updates?
Prefs should be retained between updates and not get lost.
Do you have nay numbered prefs-##.js file in the Firefox profile folder?

Just to let you guys know I am able to upload all JPEG files that are already in my files into PSE but not the raw photos. Obviously I want to keep them raw in order to have more control over the outcome of the picture.The camera I am using is the Canon Rebel T3I, the PSE version is elements 9, and I don't know what version of raw converter I may or may not be using. Where do I find the version of raw converter?

Trying to burn a playlist in itunes and i get this message at the end 'The attempt to burn a disc failed. An nknown error occurred (4450)'. This is with a new Dell laptop running windows 8. The playlist was 17 songs from cd's and itunes. Any ideas?

This is how I managed to fix the problem...and I hope this helps others in the similar situation.
I tried with another program..latest version of Nero, and this was also stopping at the 'initialising' stage. I was now lost! I thought the last resort is to give Evesham (My PC manufacturer) a buzz. They were very helpfull. Basically go into 'Control Panel', 'System', and click on the Hardware tab, then 'Device Manager'. Uninstall everything in the DVD/CDRom Drives. Then uninstall everything under the catagory IDE ATA/Atapi disk controllers. This is where my problem was, as I only had one IDE channel here. You should have 4 or 5! Reboot your machine, and everything will automatically re-load. I tried burning using Nero and it worked. Then the big test was iTunes. It worked 1st time!
I asked why the IDE channels have dissappearred, and he said sometimes uninstalling Programmes occasionally removes them.
I hope this will help others who are having problems to burn stuff on iTunes. -

I have deauthorized and reauthorized the account and still getting the same error. I have read and followed the instructions in the support article TS1389. I do NOT have an SC info folder at /Users/Shared/ directory to delete.

I am in the middle of a job using CS 6, but at the same time opening the Creative Suite apps. I created an InDesign file in CS 6, saved it, and now I can't open it. I'm getting this message: Cannot open file because it was saved with a newer version of Adobe InDesign CC (10.1). You must use that version or later to open the file." AARRGGHH! So how do I access the file?
Sounds like you opened and saved it in CC, so now you need to go back to CC and either complete the project there, or export to IDML to take it back into CS6.
