I am a new user. My husband and I each have an account with different log-ons (his I just set up for him). When I am in my ITunes and can see all my music, etc., I want to be able to 'Sign Out' and sign him IN to see his apps, music, etc. I am sure this is something really simple that I am doing wrong -- perhaps I'm just logging on at the ITunes home page incorrectly -- but right now, his account is showing all my stuff.
I just need to know if there is a simple log on page at the main ITunes site somewhere that's easy to find. Does anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

You do not. Accounts cannot be combined.
Media from multiple accounts can exist in a single iTunes library by authorizing the computer for each account and then downloading purchases for each account.

Why do we see "Course Image" on Public Sites?

Whenever we fail to provide an image for a channel/collection, iTunes U comes up with a placeholder image instead. That's the good part. The bad and confusing (to Contributors) part is that this placeholder image says, "Course Image" which I assume is a vestige of iTunes nomenclature past. What we used to call "courses" even on the public side, we now call "collections" in iTunes U and "channels" on many provider hosting solutions. Here's a screenshot to illustrate:
So perhaps some nomenclature clean up is in order so I don't have to write, "channel/collection/course." There are other vestigial terms laying about iTunes U and related environs.

Please provide collection artwork so this does not appear. Artwork should square (up to 600 x 600 px) and should be a RGB formatted PNG or JPEG.

I have 2 iphones. How do I get my music on both?

My son has a Iphone5C and I have an Iphone 5. We both share the same apple store login for purchasing music and apps. I have some songs I have acquired over the years with various CDs of my own. I have those songs on my iphone as well as my itunes music. Now that my son got this new iphone 5C itunes will not allow him to add my songs to his iphone. Yet, it did before on his ipod. How can I put these songs on his iphone as well? It seems ridiculous that he should have to rebuy the songs that I already rightfully own (non itunes songs). Thanks so much!

All of your music should be in your iTunes library on your computer. You can sync your music to any Apple device through iTunes.

In the display settings on your computer uncheck "mirrored". This will put the displays in "extended" mode. In extended mode you can set the external display to its native resolution as well as drag windows from your computer to the external monitor. I assume that is what you mean when you say "split screen".

2. Select Playback devices
3. Right click Speakers
4. Enable it and set as Default

Why cant i see my photos that i have on my phone on the computer? For some reason, since i moved my itunes to an external hard drive, all sorts of issues keep happening. I cant see any of my photos when just plugging into a computer not with my itunes. It ays apple, etc, but 0 pictures show. Help?

First close the Photos app, then remove it from the multi-tasking bar: double tap the Home button, tap & hold the Photos app until it starts to wiggle, tap the red minus sign. Tap Home button when finished.
Then, reset your phone:
Press the Sleep/Wake button & Home button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release.

Unfortunately once all the 3 iCloud accounts have been created on your mobile device, you cannot create any more regardless of what you do. You will need to re-use one of the accounts that you have already created or create your new account on another device or computer.

I'm having a weird issue running my MDB on SAS9.01: I have a stateless EJB JMS producer and an MDB which is both a consumer and a producer.
The test logic is this:
1. the ejb sends a single message
2. the mdb's onMessage method is triggered and does the following:
if the methos has not been called over 5 times (to prevent infinite loops, you'll see why in a sec):
a. sends another message to the queue
b. sleeps for 5 secs
I would have expected that mdb instances would deal with the messages simultaneously, but this is not the case. The messages are handled in a SERIALIZED manner by 2 MDB instances (confirmed by printing out the mdb's toString() result).
why? how can I make sure that messages are consumed more aggressively?

problem solved: needed to wrap the message-sending operation in its own transaction, so it completes before the mdb sleeps. This probably means I'll have to work harder to manage the state of my entity beans, but I don't see any other way..

Assuming Apple doesn't eviscerate the files of the secondary graphics with another upgrade, there could be a plug in that reads the graphic and runs along side iTunes..we should get someone or Apple to program an alternative If we have to accept this downgrade in iTunes proper.
I've developed a quick workaround, and am still hoping Apple will fix this!
Go To Get Info on the tune you want to see secondary artwork for.
Go To the Artwork tab
Drag the back cover to the desktop, and it will create a new jpg you can open with quick viw or prieview where you can see it large!
you end up with a lot of jpgs on the desktop to discard!

If you set up photostream correctly on your computer/ipad and instructions can be found here:

it automatically created photostream folder in your Pictures/my pictures folder for Windows or iphoto for Mac.
You will find all your pictures in there, no need to go online. If you didn't use Photostream -start doing so now.
Otherwise you pictures are included in your back up, but that is an image file. What it means you will not be able to retreive one picture out of back up. You can however restore from that back up - instructions here

You probably do not want to do that for one picture, or even two but the option exists and steps are also in the article above.

What I meant that whatever is saved - does not go against 5 gigs of storage that apple gives you - unlimited space available, but only for the stuff you purchased in itunes.

The top bar changed when I downloaded firefox 5.o how do I get it to look like the old style? It also makes all my pages really zoomed out so I have to zoom in to see them.

Also every time I visit a new page it makes it really small so that I have to zoom in to see it which is annoying because before I downloaded 5.0 it was fine.

Your original had tabs on top, the current one does not. Also I note a dark background, is that some none default theme or persona, or a side effect of system display changes ?
I have noted others comment about pages needing zooming, no idea why that happens on some sytems, possibly something to do with the font changes.
I do not notice much difference between versions screenshot attached Firefox 4 and Firefox 6.0a2 open adjacent to each other.
