If you go into the Purchased tab in the iTunes store apps on your iPad and iPhone then you might be able to redownload them from there - they should then be accessible in the Music / Videos app without you needing to be be online.

My partner and I travel a lot in our motor home and don't always have access to the cloud, otherwise I wouldn't really care. However, we have over 200 movies purchased, as well as television shows that we watch while on the road. A note: I do have all of my music on my iPod Classic, is there a way to transfer it from her to my external HDD?
I don't know if it was coincidence, but it all happened when I did the iTunes Match...

iTunes is not capable of playing songs in FLAC format.
To use the music in iTunes get a 3rd party converter such as Switch and create versions in an iTunes compatible audio format such as MP3, AAC, Wav or AIFF.
Keep the original FLACs on hand for times when you are using a more capable music player. -

Your "account" in iTunes is your Apple ID, which is what you use to sign in to the iTunes Store to make purchases. iPods are associated with an iTunes library, not with an Apple ID (iTunes Store account). You'll need to clarify...
So, this is what I think you are saying. You previously shared an iTunes library on a computer with your friend. Your old iPod was synced to that iTunes library.
You got an iPhone, and at that time, you set up your own iTunes library. Is that on a different computer? How does the iPhone affect your question about the iPod?
You got a new iPod. What is your "old iTunes"? Is that the iTunes library you shared with your friend? -

Help! I have bought music directly onto my ipod, i have also bought films and music directly onto my computer from itunes, how can i put them all onto the computer? My ipod is acting a little odd and i think its going to break at some point, so i really want to save everything i've bought. I have loads of music both purchased and loaded from my CDs stored in itunes on my PC Im running Windows XP, the music is also on my ipod Nano.
How do I get the library complete onto my ipad and iphone. I have also purchased Cloud storage with Knowhow but cant get the music to go from my external hard drive into the LIvedrive briefcase without a copy going onto the hard drive on my computer, which I dont want as it doesnt have the capacity to store the music.Correct, it will only be one-level, the Photos app doesn't support sub-albums - the sub-folders photos will be included in the parent's album.
If you select My Pictures at the top of the Photos tab when syncing, then you should get an album for each folder that is directly under it - so if I understand correctly what you described then that would mean an album for 2013, one for 2012 etc. And each of those should include all the photos in the subfolders under it - so 2013 would include the photos from the events and months subfolders under it.
You can't sync them separately, only the contents of the last sync remains on the iPad, by not including a folder in the next photo sync you are effectively telling iTunes that you no longer want that folder/album on the iPad so it will be removed and be replaced by the contents of the new sync (you can't delete synced photos directly on the iPad, instead they are deleted by not including them in the next sync).
The app that I use, Photo Manager Pro, allows you to select and copy a folder (via FTP), but you would need to select each subfolder individually, which if you have a lot would be time-consuming (I think that if you select '2013' it would ignore the folders beneath it). -

I have a mac and a nokia n85.. i am able to sync them using isync but the music i bluetooth to my mac is not able to be played by itunes as it appears as a scrambled document... i can find loads of info on how to get music from my mac to my phone but I cannot find anything on how to get music from my phone to my mac.. can anyone help??? please xxx
Do you have a back up of any kind or an iPod that has your music on it? If not you need to look for a data recovery program. Recovery programs are not particularly cheap so you have to decide if in your particular circumstances it's worth it to get your songs back. It may be if you have a lot of purchased tracks which you will have to pay to download again. If they came primarily from your CDs then it's most likely not as you can re-rip them.
The policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again: "Once a Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and Apple shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage."

You could try contacting the iTunes Music Store Customer Service and you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. I have about 120 tabs in my Firefox navigation bar and clicked on the "customise..." in the dropdown menu from a right click. Up came the opening panel showing all my tabs fanned out, one on top of the other and I didn't know what to do. I guess I must have clicked on them to see what happened but there was nothing obvious so I closed the pop-up screen.
I think it was then that I had a new tab screen appear which I closed and found I could not do anything on my screen that still showed all the tabs.
I am using Ubuntu and Firefox 6 and when I first started Firefox it was embarrassed and had to restart because it had trouble with my tabs. I did not close any of them, just restarted Firefox and it apparently started properly, but the more I think about it the less I remember.
I think looking at tab groups was probably the first thing I did. So I tried to restore all tabs from the history menu but couldn't do so. I found that the "New tab" on File was blacked out.
I was able to "open all in tabs" from the recent bookmarks in the bookmark menu, but couldn't add any new tabs.
In the end I went to Firefox Help and read about Tab Groups. At one stage, I did not have the group icon on the navigation bar so I put it there. When I clicked on it it opened all my recent bookmarks, as per the end of the previous paragraph, in one screen and allowed me to shift individual tabs around. But I cannot do that now.
I have two screens under Firefox that have the "New Tab" under File blacked out and I cannot put the Group icon on the navigation bar.
I have a third screen, this one I am using, that has navigation to Firefox Help, Firefox Password Reset, TalkTalk mail and FirefoxAsk a question. On this screen I have put the Group icon and all the dropdown menus are complete. (Incidentally, I used the TalkTalk tab to open my mail as part of resetting my password and the content of the email is one of the screens that has the "New File" blacked out.)
I am now in the situation whereby I have all my history for the last six months or more and all the bookmarks scattered around in the Library and it will be a lot of work to get back to my original tabs.
Is ther anywhere that the old navigation tabs my be stored?Unless your photos were backed up somewhere, they're gone. They were wiped off your phone when you restored it from your wife's data.

All my contacts have been wiped even though i saved them to icloud. Seems I have deleted them from my Mac before selling, and it deleted from the cloud, and my IPhone and IPad now have followed suit and removed all the contacts there also... How do i retrieve them!? Or are they lost now...
A friend of mine gave me some information on this when I told him what I was experiencing. If you save your details to the iCloud some time ago and the device you are using now is on a different iOS, then it will not retrieve the details properly.
I updated my old iPhone4 to iOS6.01 or whatever the latest one is and backed up the info to the iCloud. Then updated my iPhone4S to the same iOS and RESET it, switched it on and went through the setup process again and it successfully pulled the information from the iCloud to my iPhone4S. -

You bought icloud storage.
This has nothing at all to do with the storage on your iphone. You cannot increase the storage capacity of your iphone at all.
