If I have a phone on the old 50 dollar plan(unlimited text, call, and web), but my phone got water damage, can i switch a new phone to the same plan?

So my phone somehow got water damage and I cannot fix it. I was waiting til the last possible moment to transfer my number over and now the time has come. However, when I went to change my phone, the plan that I currently have was no longer offered as an option. Is there any way that I can switch phones and keep the same plan? If so, how can I do that? I need my phone as soon as I can get it because I have important business that must be dealt with and that is the only way I can deal with it currently. Please help me! I have a Pantech Caper and my new phone is also a Pantech Caper.

I'm glad to hear you already have another phone to use. It can be stressful to be without one. You should be able to use your old $50.00 plan, but you will have to call our Prepay Department at 1-888-294-6804 to to connect the replacement phone to your number and that plan.

If you did not sign out of your Apple ID on your iPhone before creating a new one, then you will need to sign back in with your previous Apple ID and then sign out. If you do not remember your password and do not have access to the email account, then you can reset your password by using the security questions.

iTunes and the iTunes Store won't have anything to do with your photos. Those would be stored only on your laptop unless you made a backup of some sort. If you didn't, and the hard drive in your laptop has failed, then your photos are gone unless you wish to pay a disk recovery service a lot of money to try and get them back.
As to your music, if you purchased it from the iTunes Store you can probably re-download it. Go to the iTunes Store, log into your account, and click the Purchases link under the Quick Links. From there you should be able to re-download some or all of your purchased content. Note that not all content has been licensed for re-downloading in all countries at this time. Using Migrations Assistant will only move the data and other things over, it will not bring over a previous version of the Os since the 2014 model can run anything earlier than Yosemite.

Upgrading the iOS "over-the-air" was introduced with iOS 5. If you are currently running an iOS version < 5.0 you can only update through iTunes. Connect your iPad to your PC or Mac. Open iTunes and click on "Check for updates"

3. Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't work, try these steps:
1. Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
2. Tap Settings > iCloud and try to sign out.
3. Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
4. Tap Settings > iCloud and sign in with the new Apple ID.
