Your best bet and least run-around will be to contact Apple support team. They'll kindly help you change your email ID and reset your password, thereby changing your security questions as well.

We have forgotten the security code question and each time I request a reset it is being sent to an e-mail addres which does not exist. How can I change the e-mail address to my current e-mail address. We have put money onto an ITunes account which is asking for this security question. This has never happened before. - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
