If i have my box that i bought my iPhone in, do i need my receipt?
I have purchesed a new IPhone 4s from the apple store in perth city.
the back of the IPhone has smashed and i was wondering if i do not have the reciept, but i do have the box that i purchesed the iphone in would be able to wither get it fixed or recieve a new iphone 4s?
also i have recently noticed that my iphone does not have "hotspot" instaled in the software!!!
You will have to pay to get it fixed, so I see no reason to need the reciept.
Hotdpot is an option that your carrier provides. It may cost extra. It depends on the carrier, but you shoud call them ask.

Is there anyway to take a downloaded app from one computer and put it on another without rebuying it. I have a macbook that I bought the new iMovie and iPhoto on, but I would rather it be on my iMac. Just redownload it on the other computer by logging into the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to purchase it.

Your should be able to delete the broken entries, then redownload from the Purchased link in the right-hand column of the iTunes Store page.

If it's no longer in the store then you won't be able to re-download it - do you have a copy of it on your computer's iTunes (or on a backup) that you could sync back to your phone ?

its been like a week that i bought new iphone 5s but whenever i play games or talk in skype for an hour my iphone get extremly hot... idk why?
Why? Because it is working the processors hard. Same as when you work or exercise, your body gets hot, so does the iPhone when it is working. Skype and many games will tax the processors more so than browsing the internet, sending texts or email. So, it gets hot. If it doesn't cool off fairly quickly after you quit Skype or playing your game, or it gets hot when doing less taxing activities, then you might want to have it checked out.

I go to the office of Globul operator but they told me it's locked with us, they told me your contract with us must be finish and after that. And can i have a chance to unlocked my iphone before.
No. Since Globul is one holding the lock and they told you only after your contract expires then there is no way to get it unlocked.

I have an imac that has the panther upgrade disk. I need to reinstall the os, but cant because os 10.2 was preloaded on the computer. All I have is the upgrade disk, which wont do!! What do I do?!!
Why do you need to re-install? Try to fix the problem.
I would assume a 10.2 full install would be fairly cheap on ebay.

Finally there are two boxes to click. One says not now. If I click on that the box goes away for 2 to 3 seconds and then pops back up and WILL NOT go away. If I click on the second box, Install, it says The software is currently unavailable. To install a Java SE 6 runtime later, open Java Application again.
My confusion here is that I have no idea what the java application is, When I click "okay" on that box, the original box pops us again and WILL NOT go away. CGoing to the apple lega web site was no help. My solution so far has been to drag the dialogue box as far to the lower right and out of the way as far as I can. Help.Does this happen immediately after you log in? If so, one of your login items is probably causing it.
