If I install a paid app on my iPhone, can I later uninstall it and move it to another iPhone?

If I install a $25 paid app on my iPhone just as a trial, can I later uninstall it and move it to another iPhone?

the phone I would move the software to is not one that is owned by me or manged by my iTunes account.
Not possible.  All apps are forever tied to the Apple/iTunes ID they are purchased under.
Exception: As wjosten pointed out, you can share apps between devices with different Apple ID's if used in the same household... Home Sharing.
