Question

Welcome to BT .
After years of poor service from Sky ,I had had enough and cancelled there service which was costing me over £100 a month.
So I thought it could not be any worse at BT vision ,How wrong could I be .
No bt sport HD, which have paid for I have spand Hours on the phone trying to resolve it ,my last try was 1hour 50minutes being put through to 4 differant people then got the engineer how could not fix it so just cut me off,then called back to be put through
to a number that just rang for 35 minutes and I gave up ,called again then got put back to the engineer and he put the phone down on me again.
I then emailed them that was 5 days ago and still no answer ,have sent 2 more emails no anwer.
Tried the online chat service said cant help.
If anyone knows of how to get some response ,please tell me.

I think you are confused. The CLs do it in their own time. Mods are BT employees. The way to contact the Mods has changed, where a genuine problem is clearly stated and a Mod could help resolve the issue such help will be forthcoming either initiated by the Mod or by a CL.
