To the OP, be careful about hard cases. The New iPad is slightly thicker than the iPad 2, so there is a good possibility that a hard case made for the iPad 2 won't fit the New iPad. Soft squishy cases like the Timbuk2 case will have less of a problem about that.

I was quoted a trade in value of $200 and need to apply this to my iphone 6, if the trade in is not going to be $200 I need to cancel. I did call the verizon store today and the woman told me it should be no problem, but I keep hearing horror stories about this trade in program and I need to be sure.

Why is it that everything is fine with my verizon account and apple is messing with my pre order of the iphone 5 telling me that verizon is "rejecting" my order.. My verizon account is fine, and I am eligible for an upgrade, there is no past due balance.. the order went from being prepared to ship back to processing 2 days before it's supposed to get here.. still says it's going to deliver 9/21, yet it still stuck in processing mode, called apple for the past couple of days since i ordered it ON TIME and basically spoke to 17 different people telling me all different things and seems as if it just becomes more and more of a problem..

When will the next wave of pre-orders for the iPhone 5 be shipped

Dear Apple,
I sadly had to pre-order my new iPhone 5 through AT&T last Friday morning and was told I would get the phone today and then told it would be Oct 5th. I went into a store to see what I can do and although they have plenty in stock they told me nothing and then informed me it would be late October before it shipped. I know that this has nothing to do with you but since you have wonderful customer service and knowledgable peole can you please give me an accurate date on when the next wave of pre-orders will be shipped. Thank you so much. You guys are the best.

You're not addressing Apple here, we're all users like yourself.
If you want to know when the next shipment will be, call your local store or whomever you ordered it from and ask them.

Questions About Pre-Ordering/Reserving the iPhone 4?

I know on June 15th you can pre-order/reserving an iPhone 4. I am a bit unfamiliar with the pre-ordering process.
If you can pre-order and pick it up in the stores, does that only mean it guarantees you one on launch day? Also on launch date will there be a separate lines for pre-orders and non-preorders? (So pre-orders go in the store first?)
And if you reserve the iPhone 4 in store pick-up, do you have to pay the whole thing, or just put a certain amount down?
I doubt if anyone knows this question.
What time do Apple Stores open when the new iPhone 4 comes out? I bought my iPhone 3GS last year at launch at AT&T and they opened at around 7 I think, which I read is the same this year.

rather not deal with the crazies and people, id order online and get it shipped to my front door. check with your local Apple store for business hours. i remember att opening a little earlier on launch day for the 3GS, idk about Apple though? id asume both will run it alot smoother for everyone.

if you don't have time to stand in line or don't want to risk getting there too late and leaving empty handed from the apple store preordering will guarantee you one but possibly in a slightly longer timeframe

Check your purchase history to download previous purchases. Also you can check on your computer in your iTunes folder to see if the purchase has been downloaded. If you find it there you should be able to double click it and it should open in iTunes.

What day will the iPhone 4S be delivered in Canada?

I placed the pre-order of the iPhone 4S WHITE 64gb today and now i'm set!
But I thought the delivery would be ON the day of Oct 14TH?
When I placed the order it now says
"Delivery: October 24th-31st."
Anyone have any ideas of when te iPhone will be delivered?

Apple Canada will begin the process of shipping out pre-orders starting on October 14th. On that date, Apple will physically process the order and will have Canada Post (or whoever they contract out their shipping to) pick up the order. It will then take Canada Post some time to move the package from Apple's warehouse to your door. Apple estimates that entire process will take one to two weeks - hence their estimated delivery date to your door of October 24th to 31st.
The only way you will be able to get an iPhone 4S into your hands on the release date of October 14th will be to join the lineup at one of the Apple Stores and buy it there.

I believe you are referring to thumbnail image rectangles as customers on page ? not exactly customer database ?
You can add rectangle with different effects with mouse rollover state and regarding adding new ones , you would need to do that manually in design mode .
