If I purchase the Photography package, am I able to upgrade to a larger package later?

I'm wondering if I buy a smaller package now, can I upgrade in a few months if I need to, or will I need to buy an entire new package on top of the photography package that I've already purchased?

    Yes, of course. They are separate things - while technically identical, there are simply different licensing models, but this is not in any way apparent in the demo versions.

    FormsCentral can be used from anywhere, but to purchase a subscription you need a credit card with the mailing address in one of the countries supported for purcahse:

    The partner can purchase if they have access to a card in one of those countries.  Alternatively they do not need to purchase a subscription to edit forms that you've created, they do in order to create multiple forms of their own, but by your sharing forms with them at the "Co-author" level they have access to the editing.  Here are the instructions to share a form:

    No it's the same Photoshop .Photography program is just a temporary promotion pack with Photoshop and Lightroom  and it can end anytime .So you can buy Indesign and photography to have Indesign,Photoshop and Lightroom .

    I've always found Adobe's website remarkably unhelpful on this point.
    It repeatedly promotes the fact that you get Photoshop + Lightroom in a single package - but minimal info on other inclusions.

    My eyes just glazed over...Please in the future break down each of your issues with paragraphs separated by two carriage returns. It would be much easier when trying to address your issues.
    Go to Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Keyboard and Mouse -> Mouse
    And edit your mouse settings to do what you want it to do.

    Third, from my understanding, it would appear you are concerned about the noise the hard drive makes when it falls asleep? Why not put your machine in screen saver mode instead? Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Energy Saver turn off all Energy Saver settings, or set them to run Never.
    Fourth, if your machine was purchased just a few days ago, you may still be able to get an exchange from the store, quicker than you can get a repair done. You may want to look into that possibility.
    Fifth, it does appear you found the Logic forum. I would persist in asking there how to solve your technical issue with Logic regarding the audio. It may be you don't have to do anything special to the hard drive. Remember audio can be transmitted by wire, avoiding ambient sounds.

    I purchased the Photography CC (The Photoshop Photography Program), but PS CC is asking me for a serial number.
    This CC program is supposed to be open for every one and you don't need to have a previous version of CS. At least that's what the promo says.
    I have download it and install it twice but still is running in trial mode.
    Any advice is welcome.

    I'm already did that. I have followed step by step the instructions, checking very carefully every item. I uninstalled and reinstalled all the pack, now I have it in "English International", but still have the same issue.
      I think I found the problem, in my profile in the part of the information about the plan, says: "Programa de fotografía Photoshop (Para clientes de CS3+)", in english is "The Photoshop Photography Program (For clients of CS3+).
    It's very strange because like I said before, With this program you don't need to have a previous version of CS or Lightroom, or at least, that's what says in the adobe web page before you end up with the purchase.
    Now I'm very confused about it.
    If anybody could clarify me which are the exact requirements for qualifying for this Photography CC (The Photoshop Photography Program)??.
    I would really appreciate.

    I'm really puzzled by conflicting information regarding cloud storage. 2GB seems like a really tiny amount. I assume, therefore, that people must only use the package for editing photos and then must use another service to store them in the cloud, as 2GB surely only amounts to about 500 photos, which I'd use in a couple of days. What would people's typical workflow be?
    I'd read somewhere that there's unlimited lightroom web storage, but this seems not to be the case.
    Any thoughts?

    I am not really clear on the intention of your question.  If you are going to get the latest version you are going to purchase it.  When you go to purchase it you should be able to see if there is an option to purchase it as an upgrade from the version you currently have.  I cannot find the purchase page to check myself... I can only find the subscription option.

  • Problems buying the Photography Package through Amazon

    I tried to take advantage of Amazon's Black Friday promotion on the $9.99 photography package but have encountered nothing but roadblocks:
    1) I ordered it through Amazon and got a confirmation/welcome email from Amazon
    2) 30 minutes later, I got a second email from Amazon, saying that the subscription had been cancelled and that I had been refunded
    3) In calling Amazon, I was told that the payment/subscription went through without a problem, but that their system showed that Adobe had cancelled the subscription. It was suggested that I try again.
    4) I did, and experienced the identical sequence of events
    5) I had a frustrating 39-minute chat with support. The first rep never seemed to understand the issue. The second rep promised to look into it, but couldn't promise to have it resolved before the Amazon promotion ended.
    6) The chat crashed and the transcript has no case ID on it, so I have no way of knowing whether the issue is being escalated...other than starting a new chat, which I don't have the energy or patience to do.
    I will call Amazon again (they asked me to if the problem recurred), but I'm now reconsidering even bothering with either Adobe or CC.

    The issue has already been escalated by Amazon, which, frankly, seems to have a much more helpful and engaged customer service staff than Adobe does, if my experience so far is any indication. I spent 40 minutes in chat yesterday with two Adobe reps, with no discernible result, other than frustration, which is why I posted here. I spent most of my time with the first rep, who never seemed to have a clear idea what I was talking about. The person s/he passed me on to had a better grasp of the issue but promised only that he would pass my concern on. Before that could be confirmed, the chat session crashed. And although I'd had the foresight to request a transcript, the transcript itself did not include the case number, so I had no way of renewing the session, nor was I prepared to start again from scratch.
    Here's the difference between Amazon customer service and Adobe's: Amazon immediately took ownership of the issue and promised to stay in contact with me until it was resolved. Adobe barely understood what I was talking about and took no ownership whatsoever of the issue. Clearly, it's neither strictly an "Amazon issue" nor is it strictly an "Adobe issue." Amazon took the order, but Adobe cancelled twice. Any resolution, however it is arrived at, will involve communication between the two companies. That Adobe was not prepared to initiate that contact suggests that if I ever do get the CC subscription going, I should not expect stellar customer service or support from the company.
    All in all, my experience with Adobe was profoundly disappointing.

    I can't find student discount for the "Creative cloud Photography" package , only for the "Creative cloud Complete" package .

    I currently have the full CS suite subscription which I don't need. I only need PS, bridge and lightroom ( the photography plan ).
    How do I go about switching and does the photography suite include bridge ?

    This is my current view of the Creative Cloud program.
    For some reason Premiere CS6 was available but I cannot find the app anywhere on my computer after downloading. It says it is functioning in creative cloud but I cannot find it. So I tried to uninstall it, but it's not working. Audition CS6 was able to download from the Creative Cloud without any issues but shouldn't it be CC not CS6? Also I need After Effects as well but I can't find that. The InDesign CS6 was a physical disc copy I had from before with a license.
