If I purchased Creative Suite 5 for mac osx is it possible to change to windows version?
I purchased the Creative Suite Master Collection back in 2010 and have been running it on my macbook pro. However I've had to get a desktop to run more powerful media software.
Is there any way that I can move my purchased software to use with Windows? I don't have thousands of dollars to re buy these products just to work on a different computer. I have the installation disks for mac, what can I do? Am I basically screwed?
You need to upgrade to CS6 and make the platform switch or sign up for Creative Cloud.

Sorry if this post isn't on correct place and sorry for my poor english. I bought Creative Suit Pack for plantform Win but now I am going to buy a Mac. Is it possible to change my Creative Suit Pack for plantform Mac if I have one serial key of this product? How I do? Can I downloads again the same Creative Suit or Can I downloads trial for mac version and to introduce the same seria key? Thank for all.If you have CS6 then you can call Adobe and request a platform swap. If you have CS5/5.5 you can buy a cross platform upgrade to CS6 or move to Creative Cloud. If you have anything earlier than CS5 then you'll need to buy a new full price license. If you have CS3 or later you qualify for upgrade pricing to Creative Cloud.

I am trying to purchase Creative Suite CS6 Design Standard. I own a Max OSX. I live in Germany. When I try to order for Germany, it gives me only an option for Windows, not Mac. How can I order?
In Germany no telephone number nor web chat is available. Searching on the Adobe site tells me that this forum is the only avialable means to ask consumer questions. I am giving up and ordering from elsewhere.

Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 for MAC (OSX) (10.10.2 Safari), requires Java SE 6. I am unable to locate a "safe" Java SE 6 Download, so I am unable to open the "Suite" programs. Where can I download a safe Java SE6? Or is there a "work-around" this issue?

Alternative: If you wish to continue using the software on the Windows machine as well then your only recourse without buying again would be to install a Windows emulator on the Mac so that it has the rght environment to install in -

BTW the platform swap is for current version of Adobe software only, if you have older version then you may have to look for Cross-platform upgrade. -
