Why were you given a refund? If you made claims that the app was defective, then to continue to use it would be dishonest.

Not other than parental oversight. On the computer you can implement Parental Controls on a separate user account that they would use. You can then block certain websites. But you cannot do that on the iPad.
You could change your iTunes account such that they cannot access it in order to buy or download apps.

What was the app you are referring to? I'm not aware of anything on the app store that is designed to do that, unless you're talking about an app that was causing a problem...

How can I get updates for apps with new Apple ID. I have apps that I got for free, and some that I have purchased. I had to create a new Apple ID because I don't have a credit card now.

Apps will always be tied to the ID in which they were purchased or downloaded under. You can not change this unless you buy or download the free app using the new ID.

It can be easier to remove Adobe Flash Player from OS X entirely, and be done with the effort involved. Adobe has a tool to remove Flash Player from OS X available. (If you really need Flash capabilities, there's a version embedded in the Chrome web browser that might suffice.)
As for your question, if you have gone directly to the Adobe web site (by entering the URL in Safair, and not by clicking on anyting in email or on another web site), and have downloaded Adobe Flash Player updates from there, then you're reasonably safe.
If you've downloaded the Adobe update bits from the Adobe site (and again, not from any other site), then clicking through the "yes, I know I downloaded this" is probably safe.

this is ridiculous that the factory unlocked version is still not got 4.3. this is what i paid nearly 600.00 pounds for. ive had enough of sony excuses like when i took my phone to vodafone and rang up sony in the shop to ask why i have not got 4.3 sony put the blame on vodafone.the vodafone salesman said they were talking rubbish because mine was sim free it was sony fault. then i asked sony on the phone again where was the update now he said they released it in batches. this is coming from europian sony center which said there is no such thing as yellow hue on some of the z1. and sony japan have admitted to it and released a update for z1 in japan. this is from a company that bragged about selling a million ps4 all over the world in 3 days and updating them all in 3 days. if they said the were going to release update for the ps4 in batchs there would be a uproar with everybody. and the z1 costs more than a ps4. so when people say you should wait for the update why should we. we have paid to have the update early on factory unlocked models. and sony can release the update all at once like they did with the ps4 they are just talking out of there a@?e. vodafone has it in uk. this is sonys way of sticking 2 fingers up to anyone who trusted and believed and paid good money to pay for there phone make of this as you will.

As randers4 says, use separate AppleIDs for iCloud and iMessage accounts. You cannot "share iCloud" and have separate mail, messaging and facetime. To get those, you need to use separate AppleIDs to each create your own iCloud account and your own iMessage account.
You can share apps and other purchased content by having a common AppleID used in the iTunes and App store.

On apple website, seraching on support, the article HT1918 explains.
Log into your apple ID and edit your personal information, where email can be changed as well. All applications as itunes stores, apple store and icloud use this same apple ID, so be aware of this.

Notes app not holding changes since new iOS4 update for 3GS

I didn't notice it right after the update, but I've noticed that recently my Notes app (the one that came on the iPhone) isn't working correctly. I use this app for a ton of things, & it's VERY frustrating for it to not work. So I've got a note I've been trying to update, & when I make a change, it doesn't stick. It completely goes away, as if I never made any changes. But this problem seems to be random, because as far as I can tell, another note of mine seems to be letting me make changes. SOMEONE PLZ HELP!!!

Is there a way to get the notes that were created in my email acct folders into my iPhone folder? I didn't even realize I had these different folders until a few notes after the update. How does it even determine which folder it saves a new note into anyways?!?! Well thank you for your reply. I think this will solve my initial problem. My iPhone nor my iPad are able to get updates from App Store

So this all started this morning and neither my iPhone nor my iPad are able to go to the updates page in the App Store. I have searched on how to fix it and nothing has worked. I've done the steps that might have help for some users but none are working for me. I've turned my iPhone off completely, reset the phone everything to see if I can get to the updates page and nothing has worked.
So is there anyway to fix this?

If it's a universal version (denoted by a "+" on the icon in the App Store) or an iPhone app and both devices are synced to the same account, you don't have to pay again. If there is a separate app for the iPad (often has HD after the name), then yes, you will have to pay again.

I am OSX 10.8.2 User why still showing 10.7 update for me?

This is very weird , it shows all the time when I check any app can be updated !
My MBA (2011 mid) came with 10.7 and I purchased 10.8 couple months ago when it was released by App store. And I did clean install my current OSX 10.8 (then up to 10.8.1 --> 10.8.2 today), so it should not mess up with 10.7 OSX.
Any expert can help and let me know what happened?
