If I send I'm iPhone5 to get fixed will I lose everything on my phone
I went to reset my iPhone5 because the apps weren't working properly so I held down the power and home button, but it didn't turn back on.. I need too send it in to get repaired but I don't want too lose all of my photos, contacts etc . If I send it in will I lose everything?
Yes, Apple replaces iPhone not repair.
You need to backup before hand.

I upgraded itunes since a pop up stated that I would have to upgrade it so it can recognize my iphone5's new software. I upgraded the itunes and now when I plug in the iphone its asking "set up as new iphone" will this delete everything on my phone? Also why is it forcing me to set up as a new iphone, why doesn't it recognize it like it did before I upgraded iTunes. I'm afaid I will lose all my apps, music, pictures etc. please help. thank you.
You are correct. Corrupted files are in the backup. If you've already restored the iPhone it has been erased and starting over is the way to go in order to eliminate the corrupted files.

How do i send my ipod in to get fixed?
My ipod touch has a problem... when i put my headphones in the hole to listen to my music, it doesnt work unless i hold it down in the hole... but if i take the headphones out and plug it into my laptop or my mp3 player they work fine, and i also tried to use other headphones but it still didnt work, so it is something in the ipod itself that is broken... i cant figure out how to send my ipod touch in to get fixed.. i need help... someone please help me..? thank you.

All you do is call AppleCare, they will send you a box to mail your phone back. You can even request a replacement phone be mailed to you. They will put a hold on your credit card until the damage is determined to be covered by warranty, if a replacement is mailed to you. Apple doesn't fix stuff like this, they replace the phone.

You tried rebooting the iPad?
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

When I got my ipod which was about 2 years ago I had went go disconnect the charger from the ipod and the place where the charger goes busted out and I wasn't ruff with it. I am trying to back up my iphone (3GS) so that I can update to 5.1 Unfortunately, I get half way through and an error message pops up and says that if I want to continue with back up I'll lose all the info on my phone. Does anyone know how to fix this or what is going on?

Yes. So back up first if it's something you're considering. Right-click on the device name in iTunes and click Backup. This does not back up media (music, etc), so sync that with iTunes first if it's not already on your computer.

If I uninstall iTunes, will I lose my iTunes library and video and apps and inturn will I lose this off my phone..
I have tryed to update my iPhone firmware as they said there is a new update firmware, it would not install this and put my phone into recovery mode and I had to use iPhone recovery fix to get it out of recovery mode, my iPhone did a back-up before it tried to update the firmware.

Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -
