If I take my Iphone 5c to the apple store to be fixed with the service charge of $269, if they can't fix it do they replace the phone? Or will I have to pay retail price for a new phone?
I have a water damaged iphone 5c. I was thinking about taking it to the Apple store and paying the 269 dollar service charge for them to attempt to fix it. My question is: If they can't fix it, will they replace my phone for that $269 dollars, or will I have to pay full retail price for a new phone?

I have submitted build by xcode 6.1 but in itunes account shows us Apps and app updates submitted to the App Store must be built with Xcode 5.1.1 or later, and iOS 7 or later SDK after clicking the submit for review.
Please tell me the solution as soon as possible and i am able to remove the build.You have used Xcode 6.1 and it is a valid version, so you should not have any problem. Anyway, if there is any problem, Apple will contact with you to fix it before your app is published.

Why are the application in the apple store are not compatible with the iPod touch 4g? Apple please realize there are some of us who still have the iPod touch 4g! I just want to know.
Once I find the game i will truly screenshot that it states "not compatible for these models". I just find it RIDICULOUS that my iPod touch is in good condition and some of the applications that I want download sometimes are not compatible with my iPod touch 4g. I am not going to buy an ipod 5th generation if my 4g is still going strong since the year of 2010.

It should not be allowed that people put a fake app and charge money for it. That is bad busienss practice and damages Apple more than any body else. I only lost 1 dollar but will cost Apple much more since it made an unhappy customer who will say about her bad experience to at least 10 other people. -

You can probably get an unlocked iPhone 4. Apple has not yet released unlocked versions of the iPhone 4S in the US, at least not officially, though unconfirmed reports have claimed that some Apple Stores have had some. You'd need to contact the appropriate Apple Store and ask.

I have purchased a iPad mini online from the Apple store. Since day one I had 2 issues with it. First is that the battery life doesn't last more than 5-6h active usage, and the second one is with the wi-fi. It works properly but after I leave it for a while in sleep mode and try to reuse it, it doesn't want to open a web page or app store or mail (anything connected with the internet search) but it shows that is properly connected with my home network. So I have to turn off the wi-fi connection and turn it on again so it start to work properly. After couple off days this becomed very annoying so I contacted the support via phone and they gave me instructions for return it and that I'll receive a new one without aditional fee. I get the second device in the predicted time but again I have the same issues with the wi-fi and battery life. I will be pleased if someone from the Apple expert team explaine to me what should I do, because I dont find it for normal what is happening. On the Apple official site under the specifications for iPad mini it says that the battery lasts for at least 10h and the wi-fi problem isn't mentioned anywhere. Thanks in advance.

If you want someone from Apple to explain what you should do make an appointment at an Apple store if there is one near you and take your iPad there and talk to Apple. Lost it all in the restore, have been redownloading the ones I bought just fine.. it's the ones I snagged when they were free I am worried about. Will it prompt me that I have already "purchased" this before.. or will it just go ahead and assume I am buying it if I click "buy". Can I go into itunes and into the purchase history and download all the apps that are there and even though the ones i got when they were free cost money...will they download for free?? Can't find any info on this anywhere, thanks a bunch!!!!
If you Go to the app store on your phone, then go to updates you should have a purchased icon at the top.
Click on that and it will show the apps you have downloaded before as they are stored on the icloud.
Then you should be able to click on the app and redownload it, not sure if it will charge but its worth a try. -
How do I get the subsidized price for a new phone when I already have a plan?
I have been a Verizon customer since September. I have a dumb phone, and I'm really having trouble keeping up with my life. Now that the Droid 4 is coming out in February I've decided that it's time to upgrade. The Droid is coming out at $199 with a two year contract, I think. My question is, what do I have to do to get the subsidized price for the phone? In my current contract I can't upgrade until 2013. Should I cancel that contract all together and just pay the ETF? Then get a new contract with the new phone? Can I even do that? Also, would there be any way to keep my phone number in this situation?

But there is an extra monthly charge of $10 more per month per xtra phone on the plan up to 4 + the 1 original phone. so you are allowed 5 total on a family plan.

You now shut off the old phone and put it in a draw. You now have the new phone you want and dont have to pay the early term fee. the early term fee is pro rated so every month it will go down by $5-$10 per month im not sure exactly how much. You can call verizon and ask exactly how much it is
Although this way it will end up costing you $240 24mo x $10 you do not have to pay it all up front and if you ever have a problem with your droid ie (breaks,stolen,loss) you have a back up that will be ready to go Plus you get to keep your current number

Actually, if you are not ALREADY on a Family Plan, it WILL end up costing you more than this extra $10/month. For example, if you are on the 450 minute Individual Plan, you are paying $40/month and possibly $20/month for unlimited texting. The smallest Family Plan(700 minutes/month) would put you at $70/month and if you want the same unlimited texting, it would be an additional $30/month. This is $100/month vs $60/month on an Individual Plan which comes out to an additional $40/month x 19 months(24 months - 5 months you have already completed on your original line) = $760 ADDITIONAL you would pay until you could cancel your original line. If you wanted to keep your original #, though, you would instead pay an ADDITIONAL $960($40 x 24 months) until you could cancel your new line. Either way, it would MUCH cheaper to just pay full retail for the new phone.
Remember, this is ONLY if you are currently on an Individual Plan and change to a Family Plan with 2 phones. If you are currently on a Family Plan with others, and have the ability to add an additional line, your additional payments would not be this high.
