If I use icloud will my iweb files be available on all of our devices?
Will I be able to acces my iweb files on both our iMac and MacBook Pro if I use iCloud?
I might be mistaken but I have been told that iWeb will only be available till MobileMe is no longer on6/30/12. I know I have to find a place to move my iWeb to.

Yes, unless you are connected to free Wi-Fi.

If I deleted the existing Apple ID to use iCloud, will it delete that backup supported by the old Apple ID or the other Apple devices will still be supported by icloud on the old Apple ID ?
Is this itunes on the iPad or on my computer? Thank you for the reply.

We got a new email address, and it appears that we successfully changed/updated our itunes/icloud account. When we work from our PC everything looks changed, and is obviously reading from our devices. However, all of our devices still show our old email address as the itunes store/icloud account and none of our devices will let us change this. It keeps asking us to sign in with our old Apple ID, but it won't let us sign in. We've tried multiple passwords and have tried to reset it, but that is not working either. Now, its cycling and keeps popping up...won't let us get to any other screen unless we shut off.
I read the support questions and it said to make sure "find my phone" is shut down, but we can't even do that without a password. Very frustrating. Can anyone help?To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

iCloud is not a backup system for Macs or PC's. Backup your music some other way (iTunes Match?)

I tried to ask a similar question before, however did not understand our issues well enough to even form a comprehensive question and the kind replies.
I apologize, unfortunately I've yet to resolve our problem.
All of our devices are under the same Apple ID & password (an IPhone 4s, an IPhone 4, and a Dell Laptop that uses Windows 7.) How in the world can
we separate them (so we can both use our free 5GB under the iCloud storage that each of our IPhone's offer, but "also" still use the same shared ITunes
account?
As it stands right now, my son's phone (iPhone 4) is set up under our Apple ID & pw-which enables him to use the free 5gb's under the iCloud.
I cannot take advantage of the Free 5gb's iCloud on my IPhone 4s, because it's all "my info." on my son's phone (my email address & pw=what we've always used for our shared ITunes acct.)
A big fat mess I know, and don't even want to confuse things by asking about these SMTP's...1 thing at a time!
Not sure if it is still on his phone, however in trying to resolve this issue last time I set him up with a MobileMe address. I believe I entered my info back into his phone because it created a bigger mess!
Thank you in advance for any suggestions/help! It's taken me some time to gather the patience and courage to ask for help again in resolved this
issue!I don't know if I'm asking this all in a way that can be understood? Thanks ED3K, however that part I do understand (in the link you provided!)
What I need to know is "how" I can separate or rather create another Apple ID for my son-who is currently using "my Apple ID?" If there is a way to let him keep "all" his info on his phone (eg-contacts, music, app's, etc.) without doing a "reset?') Somehow I need to go into his phone's setting-create a new Apple ID and possibly a new password so he can still use our combined iCloud & Itunes account?
Also then letting me take back my Apple ID & password, but again allowing us (my son and I) to use the same iCloud & Itunes account? Does that make more sense??? I'm sincerely trying to get this cleared up once and for all----just need guidance from someone who has a true understanding of the whole Apple iCloud/Itunes system!
Thanks again for "anyone" that can help me!!! -
Me and my partner are currently using the same apple id and have no space left on our devices. We are currently waiting on the iphone 6 plus to arrive and don't know how to transfer all data to the new phones.?

In the old Mobile me storage I had shared storage for my family and all of our devices. How do I breakup the 55GB across my apple accounts now that iCloud is by device by user? Anyone else have this issue. I am also in need of correcting the storage from my work where I do not have Safari or I can not down load iCould to my desk top.
That storage moves to master account. Since there are no accounts like that in Icloud, people in your family will enjoy complimentary 5 gigs from Apple and they will let you know if they need anymore. You will not be able to manage storage from windows desktop

I have been using one apple ID for my family as it makes it easier to manage itunes purchases/rentals on all of our devices. Now that my kids are getting old and my wife has recently purchased an Iphone, I can see that I need to change my strategy. I plan to add a few more iphones to the family very soon. What is your recommendation to manage all of our devices (iphones, itouch, apple tv) for my family? Can I continue to function with one apple ID or is it time to take the leep into attempting to manage multi-apple ID's?
There's a few ways of managing multiple devices on a single computer (and keeping seperate content on each). The following document is worth checking through:

Use iCloud will not stay set to on in pages on my iPad mini
I cannot get the iCloud setting for pages to stay set to 'on'. It keeps resetting itself to "off". I have verified the wi-if connection, the account settings, checked for updates, confirmed sufficient storage space, and everything else I could think of. I also checked the settings in safari on my MacBook Pro.
Has anyone else run into this? It is very frustrating.Problem solved! See Re: "Use iCloud" Pages/Numbers option won't stay turned on

Saw this solution on another post about an iPad in a school environment. Might work on your iPad so you won't lose everything.

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just canceling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

Try it and good luck. You have nothing more to lose if it doesn't work for you.

Using iCloud to remotely backup files on a Mac
Hi,
I use Time Machine to back up to to a local hard drive. However, I like the idea of essential documents being backed up outside the house, so have been using SugarSync to back-up my documents folder (which contains a mix of formats, including Word, Pages, Numbers, InDesign etc). It works very well but there is a small monthly cost.
Now iCloud Drive is here, I wonder if it would make sense to use that instead. However, I can't see an obvious way to do it without changing my filing system.
I did try creating an alias of my Documents folder and dropped it into the iCloud Drive folder but, while it appeared to my there on my Mac, when I looked for it on iCloud.com it wasn't visible. And even is it was, I'm not sure it would be automatically kept up to date.
Any suggestions welcome.
Thanks
PhiI believe you can keep the organization you have within the Documents folder by creating a new Documents folder on the iCloud and dragging the contents of your Documents folder into it like similar to my OT's General Storage folder.
However, after that you'll have to access the documents via the iCloud Drive icon in the Finder sidebar and not via your current Documents folder.
You might be able to sync your documents folder to the Documents folder in the iCloud Drive on your Mac with a syncing application like Synk Pro, ChronoSync or similar.
You'll also have to purchase additional iCloud Drive space in order to accommodate your files via the System/iCloud preference pane:

All my devices use iCloud but I can't find my apps on my few device
I my husband just gave me his old iphone. I have iCloud on this device and would like my iCloud stuff on my ipad to show up. What do I need to do
iCloud with services like Mail, Calendar, Notes, Contacts is one thing and could be set up in Settings > iCloud. iTunes purchases with media like music, tv shows, movies etc and apps are another thing and could be bought with the same or another Apple ID that you have to set up in Settings > iTunes & App Purchases.
