Nothing. If unwatched it will expire and disappear after 30 days. After 24/48hrs once you hit play.

    I don't believe I've seen a solution to that error code. There's a new version of iTunes out, have you installed it yet, it might be worth trying. You might also try restarting your Apple TV and router.

    I just rented a movie on my new Apple TV and when I try to play it it says "Your Apple TV is not authorized to play this content."
    I rented a movie a few days ago, and it went fine. My internet connection is more than fast enough. I did not rent this via my computer or iPad or iTunes - I rented it directly on ATV. So I've paid for it, but can't watch it.
    Any fix for this?

    Try to get a refund, I'm not sure of the number but you can call 800-APL-CARE to try to get redirected to the right place to get a refund or answer your problem. I don't know anything regarding your issue.

    I rented Contagion last night and it downloaded okay except when I went to play it all I got was the picture but no audio.  I reboot the Apple TV box and installed the most recent update but still no go.  I tried calling the support number but was advised the business office was closed.  Any suggestios?

    Assume you've unplugged the unit. Try turning Dolby Digital on/off and also tweaking teh other sound setting on teh unit for HDMI (12 vs 8 bit from memory).

  • Tried to download movies onto IPad 2 and keep getting download error message after it spent hours downloading data.  Had 4 movies lined up and want to cancel downloads as I started this process 5 hours ago.  Wanted to take ipad with me on plane tomorrow,

    Tried to download 4 movies to IPad 2.  After 1 taking 1 1/2 hrs received download message on 1st one.  Said to retry and is 2 hrs later and still downloading.  Others show waiting...  I want to cancel the whole deal as something is wrong.  On MacBook shows that I've already purchased these movies, but they don't show in library and won't download.

    OK, Today I went ahead & booted & tried again & it worked this time.
    Not sure why it didn't yesterday. Maybe the servers were just overloaded? Several others reported similar.
    Also yesterday when I ran Speedtest it showd download at about 25 mbps, This morning just before I re-started the download it was showing just above 30 mbps.  So maybe the internet was less busy? Or at least the parts between me & the test server.
    & so far it is working ok.

    I want to make sure you're using the auto-update system, because that's the safest most reliable way to go, and it shouldn't appear in the download manager, so I lets make sure you're doing it right. <br/>

    If that doesn't work, then maybe your Snow Leopard account doesn't have permission to update applications?

    I tried downloading a movie for the first time last night and my computer stopped working. Turned out I had to buy a new power supply and a new mouse. So I want to cancel my purchase. I can pause this very long download, but how can I tell ITunes to remove it completely?

    You can't from your end. I'm not sure the iTunes Store can or will cancel a purchase once it's in the download queue, but you can contact them through the form at the bottom of the Movies FAQ page and ask.
    Why, though, do you want to cancel the purchase? Have you just changed your mind about the movie? The movie download certainly didn't cause your power supply and mouse problem, if that's what you were thinking.

  • Cancelled Home Move

    Hi,
    i have been a loyal BT customer for over 8 years, we were moving house so i asked for a home move only to realise i would be tied into a new line rental for 12 months and the broad band would be very poor in the new house due to the distance from the exchange. So after 3 phone calls i eventually got hold of the home move team and asked them to cancel the move which they said they did. They also said if i cancel my Broadband i will be charged for early termination (i stupidly downgraded my package 6 months ago) so i dont mind paying.
    So on friday 23rd i cancelled the requested home move (they did say i needed to call back on tuesday 27th to cancel the broadband) but what with moving house and working 10hr night shifts, i didnt get the chance.
    And on 30th (the cancelled home move date) BT activated the phone line in the new house?
    I do not want this phone line, this is why i cancelled the home move. Trouble is i have no proof i phoned up to cancel, no email etc.
    What are my rights here? is there a period of time after activation where i can still cancel?

    Hello Adobe.
    I want to cancel my Anual membership(month by month) plan today, because is due to renew also today, I don't want to stay using Captivate 7 for another year, instead, I want to move forward to Captivate 8.
    I logged in using my Adobe ID, and went to "manage plan", I tried to cancel using the "Cancel plan" button, but it says I have to contact customer support in order to do so. I try to contact CS and the chat is unavailable, and the forums are not the best place to cancel a plan, there's also no warranty that my request is being attended.
    I'm using this space in order to create a precedent, that I've tried to contact Adobe and there wasn't any option at my disposal to cancel my plan, and that I am not willing to pay another year for Captivate 7, while Captivate 8 is already available.

    Click the gear icon and pull down the menu and select preferences. Procede as in the image earlier :
    Navigate to the Web > Sites folder until you see the folder with your sitename.
    Then select the folder/files you want to delete and click the trash icon.
    If that's impossible to do, then wait for MobileMe to delete everything for you next year.
