If my laptop does break as i often have problems with it will i be able to use the packaged creative cloud I want to purchase online on another laptop, and if not will i be refunded?
please answer my question asap as i want to know the answer before i decide to purchase the package which i also want to purchase asap.

Your paid Cloud subscription will allow you to install (at least some) CS6 programs, but not CS5... and CS6 programs are no longer being updated, so if you have CS6 you have only the features available when development stopped

A. how to make a ringtone using iTunes
First, open up iTunes in order to make a ringtone using iTunes. Find the song you want to turn into a ringtone by browsing through your music library.
Next, find exactly what part of the song you want to make a ringtone using iTunes. For example, if you want to use a specific section of the song from 21 seconds to 40 seconds, make a note of where you want the ringtone to begin and end.
Now, right click on the song you want to turn into a ringtone. Click "Get Info". Now, in order to make a ringtone using iTunes, click the "Options" tab.
Check the "Start Time" check box. Type in the point in the song where you want the ringtone to start in the format "minute:seconds" (e.g. the second mark would be 0:20). You can also be more precise by adding a period and putting milliseconds in after that (e.g. 0:20.150, would be 20.150 seconds). Also, click the "Stop Time" check box and enter where you would like the ring tone to end. Keep in mind ringtones can only be around 39 seconds maximum. Press "Ok". We are almost done making a ringtone in iTunes
Now, right click on the same song. Select "Convert AAC Version". If it is in another file format, you can go to "Edit" then "Preferences" and under the "General" tab click "Import Settings"; change the file format to AAC. After you select "Convert AAC Version" a new file will be created, but it will only be the segment of the song that you specified earlier.
Now, you have to find the file you just created. Right click on the new, shorter song and select "Open in Windows Explorer". The file extension should be .m4a. Rename the extension to .m4r by right clicking the file and selecting "Rename".
Now you can delete the shortened version of the song in your iTunes library. Then, double click the .m4r file and it will loaded into your iTunes Ringtone list. Now you can make a ringtone using iTunes! -

Thank you.And you can of course use the iPad itself for any function that does not require an Internet connection. You can only use a cell network if Verizon has CDMA partners in Hungary, which I believe they do not have.

MarkYou probably can open the Keynote '06 files with Keynote for iOS but not the other way around. Files created by the iOS iWork apps can only be opened by iWork '09 apps on the Mac.

I'm headed to Europe in a month with an iPad 2 w/ATT 3G. Will I be able to use the 3G without excess roaming fees?
I have just been back from Germany. Using GPRS/EDGE or 3G Roaming will certainly incur additional cost to you. However, there are many service providers in Europe with different 3G using rates/KB and minimum KB usage per log-in. Check price before you log-in to any network.
Recommend to check 1) your local mobile operator for Roaming promotion in Europe or 2) buy International SIM from your country with very lower cost of calling, receiving calls, and using data (I am not sure your country has these kind of service provider). -

You should be able to. Just deactivate your copy of CS5 on your old computer. Open one of the applications and choose Help > Deactivate.

I am going to Canada and want to buy an iPad before i go to use predominantly when i'm over there. One of the essential things that I require is mobile data and so i would be buying a cellular version of the iPad Air. However, before i buy the iPad Air in Australia i want to be sure that I will be able to use the cellular function when I am in Canada as well.
Does anyone have any advice?If it's unlocked, then you should be able to get service in Canada. However, if it's locked to an Ozzie service, then they have to unlock it if they are willing/able to do so.

As already stated, I have recently purchased a MacBook Pro with Retina display. It will arrive in 4-5 weeks so I don't assume it will arrive in less than 30 days. I would like to know wheather I will still be entitled to a free softwere update to the Mountain Lion. The laptop will ofcourse be completely new and recently purchased, so it would be very disappointing if I am not entitled to this update. Please let me know if you know anything about this or have any assuptions. Thank you
You can call apple if you need reassurance, but they will not turn you down on the free upgrade just because you have not received your computer by day 30.

Will I be able to use the power nap feature on my MBP 13inch 2012?
I have a MBP 13 inch that i just bought in mid january and I can't find the power nap feature on the energy saving options. I have read some posts saying I might not be able to use it and some others saying that i will need an update for the firmwire (or something like that, sorry i'm not a computer expert). Is there anyone who can actually tell me if i'm actually going to be able to power nap?

If I buy an iPhone in China will I be able to use the UK app store with my UK iTunes account?
I am working/living in China, and I want to buy a new iPhone. A friend of mine bought a Windows 8 phone and he discovered that the phones, apparantly all of them (across all brands) are region locked, app store wise, to China. So he can't download apps like Skype for example. I want a new phone but I'm worried that if I buy an iPhone here in China I won't be able to access my countries store. I have an old iPhone but it was from the UK so I know I can access the UK store in China. But the issue is, is that will the Chinese sold iPhone only access their own store and no others like the Chinese sold Windows 8 phones?

I plan to upgrade from CS5 to the latest version but I have several older versions (software/booklets,etc) that I want to sell. In order to upgrade will I need serial #'s and/or license #'s from past versions (besides CS5)?
There is a benefit to upgrade to Creative Cloud for you get all the new features in ACR and Photoshop. However you also get the new bugs Adobe introduces. And you also need to have several versions of Photoshop installed For Adobe is removing features and changing API so the newer versions of Photoshop have different features and capabilities. Currently there are three versions of Photoshop included in the cloud.
You will not see Old Photoshop Version CS6 getting bug fixes or the latest features of ACR. In fact the Perpetual CS6 versions are different then the Cloud version of CS6.
CS 6 perpetual are version 13.0.6 Mac and version 13.0.1.3 PC these install in two flavors Standard or Extended where extended has features like 3D that are not in the Standard flavor. Cloud CS6 is the full CS6 Extended version 13.1.2 Mac and PC. There some fixes in the cloud version not in the perpetual versions and some Plug-in support has been removed in the cloud version of CS6 but still exists in the perpetual CS6 version. -
If I buy Lightroom and Photoshop CC will I be able to use the applications on both my PC and my Mac?
I have been using Photoshop CS3 for many years and finally decided it was time to upgrade. I use a Mac at home and a PC at work and also have an iPad Air. Yes, you can use your two activations with your membership for either Mac or PC just as I am doing. I have a Macbook and Windows 7 laptop, and both work well.
