If my URL shows my connection as http: instead of https: am I at risk of being hacked? If so, how do I fix it?
A friend on FB said that if my URL box doesn't show as beginning with https: (instead of http:) I am at risk of being hacked. I fixed it for FB but all my other websites are coming up as http:
Is this really something to be concerned about?

most sites is http, and all the sites when you redirect you in some payment method(paypal, greditcard etc) reverse to https for maximum secure.

It sounds like you were using your Wi-Fi network from your Airport base station and the connection cut out. You have reset the password on the device but the issue persists. I would try the 3 resets outlined in the following article in order to help resolve the issue. If it persists, is the Wi-Fi connection issue happening on more than one device or computer?

Some of the songs I bought from iTunes will not sync to my iPhone. They show up on my phone, but the letters look faed and I can't play them. How do I fix this? I tried restoring my iPhone and it didn't work.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

I'm new to the iCloud and Mac in general. After experiencing a hard drive that went out of the blue, I lost everything. I wanted to use the icloud to back my documents up. I went into the iCloud under settings but it only shows my iPhone and daughter's iPod. How do I get my Mac to back up too? Is there something I need to use to have the documents back up?
You cannot back up your Mac to iCloud. Even backing the whole thing up to another online service would be dubious because it would take a very long time. You should buy an external hard disk and back up to that - even better, buy two and use one to make a Time Machine backup and the other to clone your Mac from time to time, thus giving you a backup from which you can boot in an emergency.
If you wanted to back up a suitably sized selection of data to an online service there are a number of third-party methods available, some of which are examined here:

I had been using the IPAD and all of a sudden it started talking back to me and when swiping apps to close them they would not close. She (the IPAD) kept talking back to me such as "use three fingers" etc. Then the screen went blank and if I touched it I could get it to beep at various touch points. SIRI would also communicate, but the screen stayed black.
As was suggested here, I tried getting a reboot by holding the sleep key with the home key and after 10 seconds the apple logo shows and 5 seconds later my screen saver comes on for just one second, and then it goes back to a black screen. SIRI tells me shes not available and someone else, must be her sister, says things like 90%, 85%, 80% if I continually swipe the screen. Can anyone help me?Hello, Juniorjr2.

This sounds like screen curtain may be enabled. Screen curtain is a feature that allows display privacy. To disable screen curtain while VoiceOver is enabled, you can three finger triple tap the screen to disable this feature. You may need to press the home button once in order to process these steps. I had my iTunes and library on my home computer. The computer crapped out along with the hard drive. I have my library on my iPod and want to put it on my new computer, but any time I connect the iPod to my home computer (and work computer for that matter), it only connects for about 5 seconds and then disconnects on its own. I go to look at the iPod as a hard drive and I have nothing but empty folders (contacts, calendar, recordings and something else), but nothing is in them.
1) How do I get my iPod to connect to my computer?
2) How do I get my iPod to connect to iTunes?
3) Why don't my music files on my iPod show up on my computer?
I have uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled iTunes. I have done the "trick" of hitting the 'Menu and Center' buttons at the same time unitl the Apple icon appears. I have tried going into Disk Mode. I don't know what to do now. The word "Resetting" scares me because this is where I have my 150 GB of music stored and I'd rather not have to upload my CD's again.............will resetting affect that? The word "Restore" is even scarier!!!

OOkay so yesterday my phone kept stuffing up and blacking out so I had to keep rebooting it
i think it did this about 5 times, the first time it did it and I turned it back on
eeverything was fine , but then my wifi button went blue and even in settings the option to turn it on isn't availableTry doing this:
Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Connections
Phone will reboot, you will have to enter your WiFi Passwords again - BUT should resolve the problem. -
The number pad would not let me type in a 1 2 3 for my 4 digit code. After numerous tries, the phone now says iphone disabled connect to itunes. When I connected to itunes, it asked for the code which I was unable to enter. Help!
Open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer with USB cable. Hold both Home and Power buttons on iPhone until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. This usually takes about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. Restore the iPhone Firmware.

Maybe you should test these things before calling people out, because these settings do function perfectly well.
iCloud is not supported on Snow Leopard or lower, why bother to mention it?
The OP has an iCloud account, and that can not be opened without Lion or Mountain Lion (on a Mac), IOS5 or 6 (on an iPhone/iPad)

I don't think ethernet is the cause of your problems. Does it only freeze on YouTube by chance? Are you sure the eithernet cable is plugged into the same WiFi router and not your ISP modem? There are a number of IMCP packet types that can cause ATV to lock up, when that happens it forces a restart.
Diesel might be right about a restore, not reset, being the next thing to try. You will have to re-enter all your info after your do it though.
