  • After approv status inquiry, it should not allow to change anything .

    Hi,
As per the client requirement, we have assigned the three level status profile to in inquiry process like Block status, Review and approve status.
Block status-It is initial status. After save the document it will be in block status
Review status u2013It is the 2nd status. After review of authorized person, it will be changed as review status.
Approve status- If everything is correct, then higher authority will give the approval for same and will change the status.
Here client requirement is after approval of same inquiry document, it should not allow to anybody to change anything (quantity, material, any addition) in same document with va02 Tcode. Need your support if anything possibility is there for same requirement.

  • RFC Function Module - Message Reference parameters are not allowed with RFC

    Hi,
I’ve checked the Remote-Enabled Module radio button, declared Import and Export parameters using ‘Type’ typing and checked the ‘Pass Value’ in export and import parameters but I still receive message ‘Reference parameters are not allowed with RFC’ and not able to activate the function module.
    Am I missing something?
    Regards,
    ...Naddy

    Hi all,
I faced the same problem and solved it ,
You have defined a reference parameter for a remotely called
function module. However, only value parameters are allowed
      for this type of module.
      Procedure
Change the reference parameter to a value parameter.
Guys  pls .don't leave the thread un-asnwered when you solved problem , post the solution it might be useful for others also.

  • System should not allow to do the changes in PO once the ID created.

    Hi All,
Once the Inbound Delivery is Created based on the Purchse Order, System should not allow to do the changes in the Purchase Order like Deletion of Item, etc..
Any Configuration Changes is avaliable. ?

    Dear,
Please check the staus in order
Current order status xxxx does not allow goods receipt (Message no. C6009)? is this the message?
This will not allow you to do GR for production order when you activate status profile "SAT1" in the production order. After that when you confirm order it will automatically assign next user status i.e. "SAT2" (if not assign it manually in CO02) it will allow you to do GR for that production order.

  • Delivery is invoiced fully so system should not allow to create 2nd invoic

    hi Expert,
my issue is, once invoice is created for delivery.
system should not allow user to create
second invoice for same delivery number.
where to check the confiurtion to stop such
    behaviour
    waiting for your reply
    thanks
    Alicia

    Hi Alicia
In the copy control from delivery to invoice - T code VTFL
you can maintain the copy routines. try maintaining routine
3-- which is delivery reatled header
4-- which is delivery related item
also at item level copy control you may add the check in billign quantites
this would stop formc reating another invocie
    Hope this helps

  • PO Referring PR,not allowed to change Qty & Price once PO Created

    Hi All
Qauntity and Price of Material Should not be Changed in PR  after PO creation,But before PO creation it should allow to change Qunaty and Price.
Is ther any field control for this?
    Thanks in Advance.
    Raju

PO and PR are 2 different documents and both are not interlinked.
They are just created in reference to one another.
You can control this with a user exit with a Z Program or alternatively through Authorisation objects.

  • Restrict to create PO with reference to PR not assigned budget

    Hi all,
I'm MM consultant and we don't have FM specialist at present so I'd like to ask maybe stupid question:
We have FM Budgeting on Purchase requisiton stage. When MRP creates PR's they are not in budget. Using these PR's the system allows to create PO's, RFQ, Contracts.
The question is: could I restrict this using standard setups or ABAP only ?

    Hi Timur,
    If I have understood correctly:
You create PR's from MRP and do not consume budget (i.e. you do not want to run FM_MRP_PR)
it is possible to create PO's referencing those PR's. In those cases, you would not want those PO's consuming budget either. Is my understanding correct? In such case, you could update those PO's statistically in FM.
If you are in this case, let us know so that we can let you know more details.
If what you actually want to achieve is to prevent those PO's from being created, maybe MM could have a better thought (you may use the MM Forum for that purpose):

  • System should not allow me to create a PO more than the Maximum quantity.

    Gurus,
    My requirement is as follows.
I have a material with Max quantity defined as 100.
Now I have a stock of 60 & Open PO of 20 so the system should allow me to create PO only for 20 Qty.
It should restrict me if the Quantity exceeds 20.
Also inform us where to maintain the Max stock quantity for the material.
    pl suggest
    SN

    Hello Sanjay,
There is no way to maintain the Max stock quantity for the material.
However, for the first issue, I would like to tell you that while creating PO in Item detail tab there is a tab of delivery. Under this tab you can set the under delivery or over delivery(as per your requirement).
for example, if you set the overdelivery to 10% and you created the PO of 100 quantity then you have the flexibility of receiving upto 110 quantity which is 10% more of the actual quantity.
If your point is something different from what I explained then kindly re-elaborate your query.
    Hope this helps...

    Use BADI :ME_PROCESS_REQ_CUST
Here with the help of the ABAP person write a code like while saving the PR in me52n system will check in the background if there is any entry against filed EBAN-EBELN...if found then system will throw a customized error.
you can also try out by making message 06-152 as error message.

  • Production Order created from Planned order  qty should not be changed

    Dear PP Gurus,
IKindly give your valuable inputs on the below mentioned subject.
From MD04  planned order is converted to production order user should not be able to reduce the requirement quantity below Production Order quantity.
    Thanks & regards,
    Shanmugam Balamurugan

    Hi,
This is common problem. to control this you need to develop an user exit . This exit will check the fixed lot size in material master and will compare with the quantity of production order. The exit will get fired at the time of order saving.
If any miss-match happens system will give an error message

  • BOM editing should not be allowed while creating P.O./ Scheduling agreement

BOM editing should not be allowed while creating P.O. / Scheduling agreement

    Hi,
I think that when you create a subcontracting PO it READS the valid BOM, so there's no locking. From a business point of view you need to question such a requirement, since in SAP you can have many kinds and types of BOMs. Then what if one of the BOMs is open in change mode (edited) exactly when you try to create the order? It should not allow you to create the order? Why?
