If the site item doesn't have the production URL, then page is not compiled in ATG 10.1.2

Hi,
we are using ATG10.1.2 with Endeca 3.1. I have created a page in Experience Manager as "browse". If i don't populate the siteBase/productionURL in the site item of the siteRepository, the page is not getting compiled and displays JSP code as text.
If I add productionURL, then the page renders properly.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Kess,
This is not fixed, because it is not really a JHeadstart bug, but more a "design" problem.
ADF will simply remove the row from the detail set when you change its master. JHeadstart cannot interfere with this behavior.
Did you apply the work around to remove the parent-referencing attribute alltogether?

Hi, I have probably the same or related problem.
After I made the upgrade to 10.8, the camera (integrated iSight) started making problems.
When I log out or restart, everything works (PhotoBooth, Skype), but after a couple of days running
the integrated iSight can not be accessed any more. Skype and PhotoBooth say "no camera".
About my configuration:
I have a 15" Macbook Pro Mid 2009, 2.53GHz with Nvidia 9400M 256MB RAM.
I hope the coming update 10.8.2 will fix it.
This is the my first time, where after an upgrade something stops working.
I would almost say, this must related to Sleep/Resume because I never shut down my notebook,
except for calibrating the battery.

I have this issue happened on my customer side. Their IE version is 8.0.7600.16385.
By using this version of IE to do a file > print of a list item with long html content, the html content will get chop off. Refer to the screenshots.

If file > print is done in higher IE version, it can be printed out nicely.
Is there a way to fix this issue as customer side may not able to upgrade to the higher IE version? e.g. CSS

Hi,
According to your description, my understanding is that the print function of IE8 doesnot print the whole content of SharePoint list item.
For troubleshooting your issue, please turn off Protection Mode for the IE8.

Your me address does not necessarily have to be the same as your ID. If you are receiving messages about your password in regard to your me address that is related to your ID, this may well be an issue with mail only. However you should check System preferences> iCloud, to make sure you are logged into the correct account.
First check that all your settings are correct, that calendar syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the calendars you are using are in your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud account (you can do this by clicking/tapping the calendar button in the top left corner of the application ), non iCloud calendars will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your calendars are in the iCloud account, you might try unchecking calendar syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling calendar syncing settings.

When I buy books for my bookshelf they appear both on my ipad and my iphone. I make hightlights in the ipad version and I assume the gook with highlights is stored in the cloud. But the iphone version doesn't have the hightlights. Should it?

I am concerned that if I update my ipad to OS7 I may lose all the highlights in the books in my ipad bookshelp. I teach from these books and depend on my highlights. Is ther a version of each book in the cloud with thehightlights intact in case I lose them on the ipad?

In the iBooks application on the Mac, there is a checkbox to sync highlights and notes across devices.
I don't see a similar setting in the iBooks app on my iPad. It may require iBooks on the Mac as a mediator.

But i didn't work as I got the above error message.

Unfortunately this all seems a little rough around the edges -- for example, I have found updates for AppStore apps on the support.apple.com updates download site, but then when I install them via ARD they don't actually update the software. (The AppStore icons still show as needing the updates, and the version info reports the old version.) The documentation is also vague about which AppleID to use in which circumstance. I think they just haven't finished thinking through the implications of the various procedures and policies upon the various kinds of customers. When we deployed Mountain Lion on the school lab, we made an install usb and went around and installed it on each computer -- and it appears that you are on the honor system as far as paying for all of the licenses that you install. We did! But they appear to have no way to enforce it.
So far, I have only deployed 9 Lion macs in my day job, and our "solution" to the AppStore showing updates problem has been to drag the AppStore icon off of the users' docks so they don't see them!

Invoices doesn't have the Bank details

When I import the employee expenses as invoices, if the employee(supplier) site has bank details, they are coming in to the invoice. But if the employee site doesn't have the bank details, then the invoice doesn't have the bank details. Even If we update the employee bank details, they were not updated in to the invoice. Do we have any API or setup that updates the invoice bank information if the employee(supplier) site updated with the bank details.

We are using the API iby_ext_bankacct_pub to update the employee bank account details. The issue is, if the employee expenses were interfaced as Invoices, and at that time if the employee doesn't have the bank details and later if the bank account details were updated using this API, still the invoice doesn't have the Bank Details. How the invoices also gets the Bank details when we we update the employee bank details?

1) Is it a video clip? Something you recognize? To be clear, it's displaying at a point in your exported movie but doesn't appear at all in the sequence?
2) What are your sequence settings? Right-click your sequence and choose "Item Properties" to verify.

I'm having similar problems with my Epson Stylus DX5000. There was no in-built driver available (the generic old and new Stylus drivers didn't work), so downloaded the latest driver from Epson site. It shows as being available to print to, but just sends data to the print queue then job disappears.
I hope you're right C F McBlob, I could do with printing today but if there are new drivers available from November 5, then so be it.

Whether you can use your phone in this way is entirely the responsibility of your phone company/carrier. You need to contact them to see if you can add tethering to your phone plan. Be warned though that it could get rather expensive, so if you don't really need it, then do without, but in any instance, you need to contact your phone carrier.

Hi,
This is how App Store app shows now when an app is downloading. If you cannot download anything, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store, remove your Apple ID, and set it again. That should work.
