If you cancel service with AT&T can you still you the handset?

Im considering canceling my service with at&t and was wondering if i did can i still use all the features on the handset, if not does anyone know what i would loose?

It should be able to do everything an iPod Touch can do. You can still access WiFi networks, but it probably won't give you free access to all the AT&T hotspots (i.e. Starbucks, McDonalds, etc etc).
If you don't think you need a glorified iPod Touch, consider using it as a very sleek and expensive paperweight :P people will think you are filthy rich.
Or, sell it on eBay or give it to charity

You cannot. The apps are assigned to that Apple ID and there is nothing you can do to change that. You could choose to download them again with the new Apple ID, any paid apps will need to be purchased again.

iPhoto, unfortunately, has some real problems in my opinion. Control over image placement and size is limited. This is compounded by the fact that Apple has not made the job any easier by refusing to publish information such as recommended aspect ratios and pixel sizes of images used to create a calendar. Obviously, these both change as the page layouts change. But, I don't think it is too much to ask that Apple supply image aspect ratios for each frame size, 2:3, 3:4, 1:1, or something else. What pixel sizes are required for each frame size/aspect? It is impossible to place 2 photos (or 1 photo and a name) on one date should 2 birthdays fall on one day.
Further, there is no recommendation for color space to be used by the printer.
I am tired of trying out a photo in the calendar only to find it looks bad at the pixel size and aspect I chose, then have to go back to the original, re-crop, resize, and wrestle with bringing it back to iPhoto. (I use Aperture to organize my images.)
I must also add that I had a very bad experience with an iPhoto book earlier this year. Don't know if Apple has fixed the problems as I refuse to invest another 20 hours of time and more then $150.00 to find out.
I am seriously looking for something to replace iPhoto (unless changes are made) to do the 10 or 15 calendars for my family again this year (and possibly redo my book).

When I had verizon before and my phone got disconnected it allowed me to still iMessage off my number.

If your phone service is disconnected, it's not your number any more.

Your Apple TV may have become paired with another remote. Hold the remote close to and pointed at the Apple TV, hold down the menu and Rewind buttons together for 6 seconds or until you see a broken chain icon on screen.

That could be a problem, unfortunately.
But most likely the pages you were on are stored in the History list. Try pressing Cmd+Shift+H to get the History window.
To help prevent this from happening to you again in the future, I can recommend the extension [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2324/ Session Manager]. It is quite powerful but may not be able to help you any more than the History at this point.

I have similar problems trying to synchronize my calendar, also after update on 7.1.1. on my Iphone 5.
It doesn;t replace the outlook entries on Iphone 5.
I didn,t try to synchronize the contacts, because it may fail.
Has any one an idea what could be the reasson for thid synchronize problems.

My computer blacks out randomly, not pitch black though if you hold it in the light you can faintly still see the desktop.

Sometimes after closing and opening it several times it works again, other times it doesnt.

Sorry, but you cannot buy AppleCare after the original one year warranty on your iPhone expired. If your phone is damaged you can purchase an exchange for a refurbished one.
