No.  Why would they do such a thing?
Does any other company replace their product for free when you damage it?

Restoring the iPhone requires reactivation, which in turn requires a SIM card.

  • Is it free the first time you crack your iphone

I just cracked my screen and I am very scared my mom will have to pay for it

No. If you have AppleCare + it will be $50. Otherwise I think it's $200

  • When you drop/crack your iPhone 5, and you take back to an Apple store can you get another color of iPhone with your insurance?

I want to know because I have a black iPhone 5 with insurance, and I was wondering if I ever broke it and went to an Apple Store would they give me a new iPhone but a white one. Thanks appreciate it

No. First of all Apple doesn't provide insurance what they provide is a warranty. As soon as you dropped your iPhone the warranty was void.
If you wish you can take it to Apple for a replacement which will be exactly the same color as the one you currently have. You will be charged for the replacement.

  • IPhone 4S cracked. Would apple replace?

My iPhone 4S cracked while in my pocket. I did not bump into anything hard to where I even thought to check, but there is a crack across the screen. Would apple replace it? I bought the iPhone less than 6 months ago

Apple will replace the entire iPhone for a flat fee. If you do not have AppleCare+ on your iPhone, see the Service Pricing section here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/service/faq/
If you have AppleCare+ coverage, the cost will be less; in the US it's $49.
    Regards.

Sync message, "You have changed the settings for your iphone.  Would you like to apply these changes?" What does this mean?  I don't recall changing anything...

The main settings that are changed in these cases can be found in this article:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1386
To ensure you don't lose any data you don't want taken off, ensure that each Summary, Apps, Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, iTunes U, Books, & Photos have the settings you would prefer on the computer.
If anything gets changed on any of those pages, you will be prompted with that message.  If they look fine, especially after adding some media like songs or videos, then you can apply the changes without fear.

  • Would apple replace an iPhone 5 without a screen?

A friend of mine shattered his iPhone 5 screen the other day, he took off the whole LCD+Digitzer assembly since glass kept coming off.
So my question is, would apple replace the iPhone 5 without the screen being on it. (it still works, itunes detects it properly.)
I know he would have to pay the replacement cost but would they even replace it when he shows it to them without a screen on it?
Also how much would it cost?

The only way to tell is take it in and ask. The cost for a replacement iPhone 5 is US$229.
So long as your friend doesn't take them a "bag of parts", he may be able to get it replaced.  No one here can make that determination.

  • If you crack your ipod while it's under warranty will Apple replace it?

If you crack your ipod while it's under warranty will Apple replace it?

Apple doesn't repair it.  If there is no sign of abuse, they replace it with a refurbished unit.  The fixed-price for non-warranty replacements can be found here.

  • Once you dropped your iPhone, will the quality of new photos that will be captured be affected once you took a new ones?

Once you dropped your iPhone (no damage), will the quality of new photos that will be captured be affected once you took a new ones? Can someone give advise? Just wondering if that would affect my iPhone. I dropped it once without case. I'm using an iPhone 5s.
    Kind Regards,
    Zaldy

Not quite clear about the question. Does the camera take pictures in lower quality after you dropped the phone than before? In that case the camera might be damaged and your phone needs to be serviced:
Apple - Support - Service Answer Center
Some more things to try before that:
    Camera
Camera isn't functioning or has undesired image quality
If the screen shows a closed lens or black image, force quit the Camera app.
If you do not see the Camera app on the Home screen, try searching for it in Spotlight. If the camera does not show up in the search, check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tappingSettings > General > Restrictions.
Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
Cases can interfere with the camera and the flash. Try gently cleaning the lens with a clean dry cloth or removing the case if you see image or color-quality issues with photos.
Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
Tap to focus the camera on the subject. The image may pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as it adjusts.
Try to remain steady while focusing:
Still images: Remain steady while taking the picture. If you move too far in any direction, the camera automatically refocuses to the center.
Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation.
Video: Adjust focus before you begin recording. You can also tap to readjust focus while recording. Exiting the Camera application while recording will stop recording and will save the video to the Camera Roll.
Note: Video-recording features are not available on original iPhone or iPhone 3G.
If your iPhone has a front and rear camera, try switching between them to verify if the issue persists on both.

Normally, I would suggest restoring the iPad and uninstall and reinstall iTunes but you have done both of those things - more times than you ever imagined!
Have you thought about turning auto syncing off?
Without connecting your iPad to your laptop, start iTunes. Click on Edit. Click on Preferences. Click on Devices. Check the box next to "Prevent your iPod etc. from automatically syncing." Click OK.
If you do this you can backup the iPad right away before it syncs. You may want to go into all of the iTunes tabs and just make sure that all of the current content on the iPad is selected to sync before you actually do sync.
This doesn't solve the problem, but it would prevent the automatic sync and erasing content. Hopefully, in the next few days- when iOS 5 is released - you will also be relieved of this weird iPad behavior - since the iOS devices are supposed to become PC free.
BTW - and this is no excuse for what you are experiencing, but I have found that some of the game apps that I had on my iPad turned out to be quite troublesome and after I removed them, my problems went away. I know that is almost sacrilege with regard to the Angry Birds addiction .... But I'm just saying ...
