I have to send in my 80gb ipod video because I am having problems with the battery,I charge it until it says charged and in ten min it shuts off and when I try to turn it on it says that there is not enough battery life to even turn on so i called it in and they told me that I have short battery life and that I have to send it in and they will fix it...If anybody out there has the same problem call it in and they will replace it...and if you don't have the number here it is:1-800-275-2273

Not true, most problems are with software, then with the earphone jack I quote from a letter that I recieved from a service manager that I worked with several years ago who wrote me two weeks ago and I am quoting. "Although the percentage is small it seems that if I had to put it into words I would say that software glitches seem to be the number one problem with the earphone jack a close second. Although both are not a major percentage. All in all it is a great product." Not mad,and sure that Apple will be far better off with your advice. Maybe they will move up from the number one maker of the number one mp3 player in the world and make some serious money with it now that they have it. Do you have problem with your bluetooth function in Snow Leopard? I have.
I seroiously have problem with the bluebooth function with my Macbook . It is running 10.6.1, which have been upgraded from 10.5.8. Unlike others, my bluetooth function haven't disappeared or disconnected with the wireless devices. But it cannot communicate with my mobile phone. (e.g cannot send files) After trying to do so,95% chance of It will crash itself, about 5% will success .

Do you have problems with your sleep button on white iPhone 5?
I got my iPhone 5 on Nov. 2nd. Since then Im in love with it. But in January something started to bug me. It was the sleep button which wasn't that much responsive. Even though i am holding on to it it was not functioning. My phone could't get turned off, i had to aait for my battery to die. So i got it changed. I waited for 25 days to get my new phone. Now, im with the new one from yesterday. But to tell you the truth, it feels like January and i feel like this sleep button will go bad soon. And the phone is just a day old! I haven't ever dropped it. Its always in its bumper case with protector stickers onfront and back and i always take good care of my devices
the problem is that I have already done that once. I waited for the current phone i have for 25 days to get it changed. I had to use my old 3GS meanwhile. I dont want to do it again. Also, the people from the store would probably think that I do something on purpose and my sleep button is fine, it's just me who breaks it.
Right now, to be exact - it's not broken yet. But I can tell that it's really soft compared to my girlfriend's Black iPhone 5 which is kind of hard to press while mine is kind of hollow. Her's is kind of projecting. This is what happened with my sleed button right before I went to the store for the first time because first it wasn't that bad but I knew something was wrong, then **** happened. So yeah. -
I've posted a number of mp3 file links on our website. All have been functioning and playing well until this week, they are no longer playing when clicked on. The new tab opens, thinks, then says that the "video cannot be played because the file is corrupt". These files are able to be downloaded and played from individual computers and will play fine in other browsers - such as Google Chrome.
Not sure if there is an issue with Firefox default mp3 player?I assume that this is because of the way the MP3 file is encoded.

If I open the file in a tab then I see a media player, but inspecting the page source shows a video tag with no source attribute, so Firefox seems to have a problem with decoding the media header despite the audio/mpeg content type.
I don't know what to do about this apart from playing the file in an external player or play the file via an object or embed tag to make Firefox use a plugin.
Using a bookmarklet like this to force an audio tag doesn't work as well:

I need to repair my start up disc so I have to start up from installation disc. In doing so, my computer restarts, I hear the mac sound, then a grey screen and then turns off and goes on in this cycle endlessly. Why can't I restart from disc?

Still problems with the Ipod Nano 3g and the Nike+ kit??
I thinking about buying an Ipod Nano and the Nike+ kit tomorrow but now I'm a bit unsure due to some of the problems mentioned here in this forum? Do you still have problems with the commuication between the Nano and the sensor? Are there still problems wtih the distance being wrong or only in km? Should I buy - if possible - a Ipod Nano 2G?

MortenPersonally I am very happy with my new iPod Nano. It works great with Nike Plus and I love the video and some of the cool features like stopwatch and more. I have an earlier iPod Nano and I was hesitant to buy the new one but I am so glad I did. I don't have any problems uploading data.

I am using Yosemite on (iMac 21.5 inch mid 2011).
My question is:- Periodically when closing down Safari and only the application Safari i get the message:-
This Mac can’t connect to iCloud because of a problem with “my Apple ID”, Open iCloud preferences to fix this problem.
I don't understand this because there is no problem with "my Apple ID" and if there is what should I do when opening iCloud preferences to fix the problem.
Would appreciate some positive answer to stop this message from appearing and to resolve this problem.
Cheers Bruce.I do not use the Safari browser, and I also get this error message. I also have not updated to Yosemite. I am able to log into iCloud using my Apple ID and password, so I know that there is no issue with my login credentials. However, so far I have not been able to determine what is causing this message.
