If you selected "no" for automatic downloads for season passes can you change that?
Thats what I was wonderinmg and it would really help if it would.
Yeah. Open iTunes. Go to iTunes>Preferences>Store. Check "Automatically download pre-orders when available."

I am new to ipods but not to itunes.. I have a Power Mac G5 and am running itunes 605.
I opened my new ipod and knew that I would have to charge it for quite a few hours before I could play!
My wife was using my preciouls Mac, so i had to resort to getting my Work laptop (PC junk) out of the bag.
I plugged the new ipod into the USB port and was prompted top register my new Ipod, which I did. I then left my new ipod charging overnight.
This evening when I returned home from work I plugged my new ipod into my Mac and a prompt told me that the software needed upgrading.
I downloaded the ipod SW updater and opened it.
To my horror I see that Mac is greyed out and my ipod is configured for Windowzzzzzzzz
HORROR!!!.. what can I do?
Please help, I'm anxiouls to download the SW update and update my new ipod with my itunes on my Mac!!

One more question.. the SW update button is greyed out. Does this mean that my ipod has the latest SW and doesn't need updating? or is something wrong?

Every time I downloaded a file, Firefox asked me what to do with it: open, save to desktop, etc. There was also a check box for "do this automatically from now on." I checked that box, so now Firefox is automatically opening in Acrobat as I specified. But now I've changed my mind and want Firefox to ask me what to do with each download again. How can I change that preference?

I would advise that you not set up a second Apple ID. It's really not necessary - having two Apple IDs won't affect how iTunes works with your iPads - and will just complicate matters. Each iPad will be treated independently and can be set to sync only the items you want on that particular iPad. If you really want to keep the two iPads separate, set up different iTunes libraries and have only those items you want on the related iPad in that library, rather than a different Apple ID. If you plan not to use a computer and just download directly to the iPads, you can again choose what apps and content each iPad gets.
But answering your specific question, you can have content from up to five iTunes Store accounts on any one computer or iPad. To create a new iTunes Store account, you'll need a different email address, and from there you just create the account the same way you did the first one.

New Startgate Atlantis episode (15-Outcast) out, but not for season passes?
This has happened quite a bit to me... Why do they put up new episodes of shows but not let the season pass holders get them when they check for purchases? Sometimes there are large delays before it lets me start downloading my new season pass releases even though they're already on iTunes.
Ok... several hours later and STILL no download for season pass holders. All day it's been sitting up there for anybody to purchase, yet season pass holders are left out in the cold.
So I decided to double pay and cough up the $2 and then complain later, but I CAN'T EVEN DO THAT! When I click on Buy Episode in the iTunes store, a pop-up window says "You have already purchased a season pass containing the TV Episode "The Last Man". You have already purchased a pass containing the TV Episode "The Last Man" but it has not yet been made available for download. An email will be sent when this occurs."
Are you kidding me? I'm actually barred from even re-paying and forcing the download? Why are they actually punishing season pass holders?! This is starting to get on my nerves, seriously. -
I want to use my Apple watch to time my patients' vital signs. The watch face only stays displayed for about 7 seconds, which won't work. Can I change that?

Did you give the Timer idea a try yet? It seems to me that you are really needing to know when a certain amount of time has elapsed rather than *time how long you have being taking a reading*. Will you always have your hand free to tap the Watch? If so, why would you need the StopWatch going? - just look again at the sweep second hand on the clock.
It still remains that one should be able to set the time elapsed before sleep on a Chronograph w/ sweep second WatchFace though. I have searched and searched, to no avail.
I would suggest Siri, but it seems like many issues with Siri are ongoing and might just add another problem to the mix.
If I were you, I would Call Apple Support. It is sometimes tricky to get that option in the "breadcrumb" process Apple has instituted, but I was able to test the process before suggesting this:

I need to change the duration 'before' the Watch goes to sleep while observing the Chronograph Watch Face.
I am a healthcare provider. I need to use my Watch to assist me in taking vital signs. On a normal watch, I would start counting pulses or respirations at a 15 second interval on the Analog Chronograph sweep second hand > stop counting at the next 15 sec. interval > multiply X 4 to get rate/minute.
The Watch goes to sleep after SEVEN (7) seconds !! Therefore I cannot see when 15 seconds has elapsed. I use both hands regularly in the procedure, so touching the Watch is not an option - or 'raise the Watch' to my viewing position.
I, and others in the ASC forum have searched for a Setting for the before sleep duration in vain.

You have to fax Apple the documents of incorporation (the stuff you get from the state government in the US) that show you are a real business (or at least hoping to be).
They guide you through the process.
It took 2 or 3 days to complete.

Read the part about SSDs. Otehrwise there is nothing you can do. Certain components wil lalways install on your system root drive.

It sounds like you would like to download your purchased content directly to your iPad and not have to go through iTunes to sync it. You can download individual purchases directly from the iPad using the Purchased section. Please use the attached article as a reference.

Have you ever even used skype on an iphone or ipod? We tried it and there is no way to type to each other while you are video chatting. You can do the typing during the video on a COMPUTER, but not on an iphone or ipod.

If the printer is currently set to perform duplex (2-sided) printing, you can turn off the setting by deselecting the option in the printer driver. Please follow the instructions at the link below associated with your operating system to find where the duplex feature is located for your operating system:
