I want to get a keyboard but i dont know if it will work. Im new to Mac's so idk too much yet.

Well, that depends. If the product uses a proprietary driver, then the driver may not be compatible with a future version of OS X. If possible stick to products that do not rely on proprietary drivers. Ask the mfgr.'s tech support before you make a purchase. Some if not most USB keyboards should be fine, but BlueTooth keyboards could be a different matter.
Logitech keyboards use special drivers that can become incompatible with later versions of OS X, but they have been reliable supporters of the Mac. So has MacAlley. Check with OWC to see if they vend keyboards. Usually they know what works and what doesn't.

If you want to keep your contacts and other data you sync with iCloud separate, you'll have to create separate iCloud accounts, which will require different IDs. If you share the same iCloud account/ID on multiple devices, the synced data will be merged and will appear on all devices syncing with the shared account.
You can still share the same ID for iTunes; it doesn't have to be the same as the one used for iCloud.

The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). I did copy it to my desktop, but it still won't let me open it. I think the file on the disc might be corrupt or something like that though the cd itself checks out fine as far as viruses go. I was able to verify the disc, but that's about it. My husband tried it on his iMac and we have the same issue. It's unzipping the folder, but won't let us open the folder on both the Mac Book Pro or the iMac by double clicking, going to file/open or right clicking. It just keeps saying the same message as I posted above. I think I'm just going to have the client put the pictures on either a memory card or a USB memory stick so she won't have to compress the files for zipping purposes. It's been too frustrating trying to open this folder on this cd she gave me. She said she created/zipped the cd on her Mac Book Pro but it sure won't open on mine.

You can if you connect a hard drive that has been formatted correctly to the USB port on the AirPort Extreme.
Apple does not officially support Time Machine backups for this type of setup, but you could store regular files this way.

I lost my apps on my phone but still have them all on my Itunes. One app I see on my Itunes that I need to access is my Vehical, this tracks my miliage and expenses for work. Does anyone know how to pull date off of that app in Itunes?

No, you cannot run iOS apps directly in iTunes. Having reset your device to its initial setup you would need to restore a backup of the device taken prior to the reset in order to recover the various app-specific data.

Can you use Find/Change to search for many different words at once?

I have an 80 page catalogue in Indesign (CS5) - it has several thousands of catalogue numbers listed as text within it. I've just been given a list of 1000 catalogue numbers to search for and if they appear, remove them - is there any way to search for them all in one go, rather than one by one?
I've started using Find/Change to search for the catalogue numbers but seem to only be able to search one catalogue number at a time that way.

GREP can search for more than one phrase "at once" (i.e., in one operation), like this:
word1|word2|word3
-- the pipe | delimits the separate words. Then again, GREP Is Not Magic™. This --

is a bit too much to copy-and-paste into the single Find What line. There is a limit of ten or twelve (or something) OR phrases you can use in GREP.
On the other hand: GREP is great at finding numbers. If all of your catalogue numbers obey some basic rule, for instance "all of them consist of 6 digits and there are no other numbers with exactly 6 digits", well, that we can probably work with.

Yes, you'd need to not only pay the annual USD$99 fee, you'd need to either have or develop the necessary skils....it's not what I would call a trivial effort, tho, so be prepared for a steep learning curve.
The term 'app' is a general term for iOS applications, which can take many forms. An app that specifically targets Newsstand on your device would be configured by a dev to tell iOS about itself, etc. so that it works as intended. In general terms, the work to get it into the store is the same as any other app, but again, it won't reside on the homescreen on it's own...it will be found inside Newsstand the app.

You can do that without any problem, and that's what most people do. You will only need to format the HDD with exFAT or FAT32 (do it on Windows), and it will be read by Windows and OS X

When you open the iPhoto library with Photos for the first time it will convert it to a Photos library. However, there is not a duplication of files or lost space on the HD. This is because the Photos library uses hard links to the original files in the iPhoto Library thus not duplicating files or taking up more space on the HD even though it may see so in the Finder.
I suggest you keep the iPhoto application and library until you're sure the Photos app and library will suit your needs. Photos is missing many features that iPhoto has which many of rely on heavily. You may find that Photos isn't for you right now and you want to continue using iPhoto until those missing features are restored.

There's a difference between an iTunes gift certificate and an iTunes gift card. The Apple Gift Card FAQ specifically says:

Collectively in my family we have 1 iPhone 2 ipod(4th gen) and 3 iPad mini's and we like to buy music and apps through the same Apple ID so that we can all share it but we also have a problem about the iCloud.
My son has one iPod and one iPad and he would like his contacts and messages to be shared between HIS two devices but he would also like all of the pictures taken in the family to be shared
The same for my daughter and for me.

You could and should set up different iCloud accounts in "Settings > iCloud", so that every user has its own email account, calendars, reminders, notes, storage for backups and app data (files etc.), by the way everyone could also use his own account for iMessage (Settings > Messages > Send & Receive) and FaceTime (Settings > FaceTime) so that you all could write and call each other.
Next the Apple ID for music, apps and other media: You all could just set up the ssame Apple ID in "Settings > iTunes & App Stores" for all your media purchases like songs, movies, apps etc.
