Olá Zukka,
Primeiro faça um back-up.
  Então:
opção 1
Back Up e tentar reconstruir a biblioteca: segure o comando e opção (ou alt) teclas, enquanto o lançamento do iPhoto.

update from ifoto 9.34 to 11 impossible. When I want to by it says you have already ifoto and you have to update. But I can't. why?

iPhoto 9.4.3 is the latest version. iPhoto version 9 is part of iLife '11. The "'11" is short for 2011. 2011 is the year that iLife '11 was releleased. 9.4.3 is the version number of iPhoto. There is no "iPhoto 11".

  • Over the years I have backed up my ifoto albums on discs. Now with the new ifoto in 10.7.5 I can't see the fotos from five year old discs--only a dotted line outline of the fotos, all black and white; no images. What gives? and how can I view them?

Over the years I have backed up my ifoto albums on discs. Now with the new ifoto I cannot see any fotos when I insert the 'old' discs, just dotted lines around where the foto should be. How can I view the fotos? They were backed up for security, but now they are so secure I can't view them! Help!

If you're running iPhoto 9.5 you'll need to follow these directions in order to view disk created by previous versions of iPhoto:
1 - Copy the library from the disk to the Desktop.
2 - Double click on the iPhoto Library Upgrader tool to launch it  and select the library on the desktop to convert.
3 - Once that is done you can open it with iPhoto 9.5.

  • Photo Book Issue

I've previously made photo books on shutterfly, ifoto and at walgreens.com without any problem. Now suddenly when I click to choose a photo book the apps at all sites fail to initialize. Screen just sits there in limbo. It's only an issue on my individual Mac (the websites interface without problem on my husbands PC and my kids's Mac). I must have done something to some setting to block this function ... can anyone tell me what? I've already tried monkeying with my security and don't see anything that would impede access to laying out and purchasing basic photo books online.
    Thanks!~
    Leslie

Repost the image using the camera icon in the tool bar so we can see what you're referring to.
Have you made a PDF preview of the book as Apple suggested and does the 61 show up?
Command (right) - clicking on any page will give you this contextual menu with options for previewing books before ordering:
We always recommend saving the PDF file to compare it with the printed copy when it arrives.  That gives you dated proof of what the pdf looked like when ordered.  The book needs to be previewed in a pdf as a pdf is what is created and transmitted for printing.
I vaguely remember another post about some errant text in the book but can't find the post now.
Apple is offering you a 50% rebate and will let you keep the existing books. If you error is on the dust jacket you might be able to correct the dust jacket text, create a PDF file and have  just the dust jacket printed locally by a local printer like Kinkos.

  • Transferring recovered 10.3.9 files to new 10.4 install on new harddrive

imac g4 800 15" 60G 10.3.9 hard drive failed so sent to Ontrack for data recovery. now plan to install 10.4.11 on new 250G drive.Old data is on Ontrack provided 250G external hdrive. Best way? A) Can i just install 10.4.11 and then drag whichever files i want across (mainly Office v.X files of 5G (and ifotos 40G). should i partition drive first for back ups/fotos. Advice please.

If I'm right the basics are you have two 250GB drives, one in your computer and essentially empty except for Tiger, and a second drive with your old files.
I would put the second drive in an external Firewire enclosure so in future it could act as a backup drive and hopefully you would not need to use Ontrack again when (not if) your internal drive has problems. Once the drive is in an enclosure you can drag your data files across to your new internal drive. When you are sure everything is across and working you can then clone the entire internal drive to the external and do that as your first complete backup.
Get a Firewire enclosure, not USB. Firewire enclosures can be used to boot your computer. A place to start looking is www.macsales.com, but other places have them too.
I would not partition your drives. It sounds like they are the same size and this is the easiest thing when using one as a backup for another. If you do decide to partition for some reason (such as requiring multiple OS versions) then make sure your backup has partitions that match the partitions on the original.
It would help to know more about your exact model computer. If it is a tower model then one alternative to getting an external enclosure would be to put the second drive in the computer along with the first (I have two in mine). This isn't the ideal situation as far as backup drives go. It will make it easy to backup to the second drive. If the first drive gets a corrupt directory or fails mechanically you will have the second right there from which to boot. However, sometimes drive failure is due to a lost computer (stolen, fire, whatever) in which case your backup is gone too. In a few cases you can get a hardware failure that will corrupt all drives attached to the computer, again resulting in loss of your backup too. For me I am not totally happy with a backup unless I have it physically isolated from my computer (sometimes I keep it at another location).
    Cloning And Backup Tools
A bootable clone is an exact copy of your drive which is capable of booting your computer. Making a copy of your computer which is capable of actually starting the computer requires special copying procedures. Some people just back up data files but if you have problems you have to reinstall all your operating system and all your applications. With a bootable clone you just start up from the backup drive and clone back everything.
To copy files from one hard drive to another hard drive you can use:

  • Ordering prints from other suppliers

Yesterday I uploaded some photos from my iFoto library to a supplier I've been using for ages (photobox.co.uk). All seemed to go well until I got to the ordering prints page; then a warning sign appeared saying that the quality of the photos uploaded was not enough to print 6"x4" prints from. Yet when I ordered them through the Apple print service, there was no problem. I don't particularly want to be tied in to one supplier of prints (especially as photobox is cheaper!) - so how do I make sure that photos I upload are of the correct size?

How did you upload those files? Did you use the files in the Data folder inside the iPhoto Library folder? Those are thumbnail files and are very small. You need to crop them in iPhoto and then export to the Desktop via the File->Export->File Export menu option. Then upload to the other site.
Although some sites might not require you to crop to the size desired first you may get them cropped in a way you don't want. Most digital camera photos are in a size ratio of 4:3. The 4 x 6 inch print has a different ratio and the printers often will automatically scale the 6 inch size to fill the paper and cut off some of the 4 inch dimension one each side.

  • After upgrading to 3.5 from a library of images are not displayed.

After upgrading to 3.5 from a library of images are not displayed. All images are filled with black. Ifoto the same library looks fine.

    Yes, they are compile errors, which state 'xmlObject cannot be resolved to a type' on this line: protected XmlObject xmlDocument = null;
    and on an import line: import org.apache.xmlbeans.*;
the compiler states the import.org.apache.xmlbeans cannot be resolved.
I have three classes that deal with xml objects and all three have the same errors.
Also I'm getting the same type of errors on an import javax.media

arrastro mis fotos le doy el efecto deseado lo trabaja y al terminar desaparece la foto y no logro ni su permanencia ni su efecto. La foto la tengo en ifoto y es de unos 4 megas. ojalá tenga respuesta en español.

    sorry, no hablamos español ..
    'Babelfish' http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr translation follows:

  • Two Macs and One iPod Touch?

What is the best way to use an iPod Touch with 2 Macs?
I mean in terms of keeping the contacts, iTunes library, and iFoto library etc sync'ed between 2 Macs? I don't want to use MobileMe because of the size of the libraries and being able to work offline.
I am considering buying a MacBook Pro for traveling. But at home I use my MacPro.
    Thanks much for your help.
    Olaf

Personally, I have my iTunes and iPhoto on an external hard drive that I can plug into whatever computer I'm using at the time.
Or you can search this forum and/or iTunes help for "two computers, one Touch," "using the Touch with two computers," or something along those lines, and you should find some information. I can't remember, but I think I found info in iTunes help.
