iframe link, inside a frameset page, does not go to the new link when left clicked. but just clears the page instead.

Trouble shooting info from my computer attached as requested, but problem exists on other people's computers also, including MACs.
Problem exists only with <iframe> link within a page that is part of a frameset. If page contained within a frameset is accessed directly (ie, show only this frame) then the <iframe> link works normally.
Works ok in Internet Explorer, used to work in Firefox. If RIGHT click on the <iframe> link then select either new tab or new window it works OK.

At first I was ending up opening to the Help page, but finally u sent me instructions that worked. Now my Net connection opens to my Yahoo page.

This is correct. It will not show in finder. It is not an external storage device.
The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. The only exception is itunes purchases. Open itunes connect ipod, do not sync, click File>Transfer Purchases

Why does firefox intermittantly open a new window when I click on an existing tab? This only happens when I have three or more tabs open.

Several times now Firefox 4.0.1, when clicking on a tab (three or more tabs open) I immediately moves that tab to it's own window and closes the tab in the existing window.

That is probably the "tear-off tabs" feature. A slight movement (usually downward) when clicking on an existing tab will cause that tab to "tear-off" and open in a new window. Your first statement explains the second statement. To use the German iTunes Store, you need to prove that you're a resident of Germany (that is required by the content owners who will not allow cross-border sales) and the only way Apple can provide such a verification is by requiring that you enter in either a German credit card or a German-purchased iTunes prepaid card. Since I presume the former is not a possibility, you'll need to do the latter if you wish to purchase content from the iTunes Store. Again, this is not Apple's choice but is forced on them by the content owners as a requirement for Apple being allowed to sell the content. The EU is working on regulations that would force the content owners to allow access pan-EU, but that's still in the works.
You do not need an iTunes Store account to activate and run your iPad, though; at least, I didn't need one for either of my two iPads. If you only want to set up an account so you can get free iPad apps, take a look here:

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is apparently critical. This seems to come and go, or only apply to App Stores in specific countries, so you may not see the option for "None" when asked for a payment type.

I right click on link, click, open in new window, then nothing happens. Or, windows within a page will not open, for example, on gmail, when I click "details" the window will not open.

When I right click on a hot link, then click, open in a new window, a window will not open. Alternatively, I can click, open in a new tab, and a new tab will open. Additionally, if I'm at a website with a chat feature, the chat window will not open, or, as another example, if I'm at gmail, and I click "details", the window that opens giving the summary of when your account has been opened and the IP addresses it's been accessed from, will not open.
I have on the computer, Aurora too. I doubt that it's a source of the problem, but I had to throw that into the mix. For clarification, this problem is happening while using the Firefox browser.

You can middle-click a link to open the link in a new tab.

From the Google search results , if I left-click a site, firefox does not open new site in a new tab. I have accessed tools/options/tabs and the ticked the box to open new windows in their own tab.

Firefox does not display facebook full (enlarge) image when i click on it. Why?

Firefox allows me to view the whole album pictures in my facebook account but when i click on individual image, it navigates to the enlarge image page, picture did not display. Please assist what I can do.

A few days ago my PC stopped turning on (no lights or fans or anything) after being off over night. If I press the power button I get nothing but if I press it dozens of times or leave it 10 mins it springs into life and then for the rest of the day it works fine and can be shut down and ON again no problems until its left over night again and then the same problem. I'm assuming its losing its charge over a long period of time and will only power on after its had chance to take on more juice....just a theory.

At first I thought it may be the power button on my Phantom 410 as its a bit dodgy but I checked the pins on the mainboard with a screwdriver and its fine. My only other two thoughts are either its bad Caps on the mainboard or a dodgy 5v rail on PSU but that seems unlikely.
Any help would be most welcome

HT4356 When I try to set up my itouch I get an error message itunes store unknown error 310. I don't have wieless so I hooked the ipod touch up to the computer with the USB port when instructed. But then get the error message and can not get any further.

Error message 310 is happening on my mac book and I am unable to set up my new itouch.

If you are running Tiger, you don't have time machine.
You need to get something like SuperDuper! or Carbon Copy Cloner (sorry, I don't have a handy link for CCC but you can Google it to get their site) to make a clone of your drive on the external and then do incremental backups. The free versions do a lot and you can upgrade to the full-service versions for small change if you need more. The one time I used SuperDuper! for cloning a volume it worked just fine.
(My backup application is the last PPC capable version of Retrospect, which does a credible job, or has over the past ten-twelve years.)

You need to transfer your iTunes Library from the old computer to the new one - then you can carry on syncing as normal. You can't move non-purchased music from an iPod to iTunes using iTunes. For purchased music, choose iTunes > File > Transfer purchases...

My firefox custom page does not come up when i click the firefox icon w/mac

Ok, lets do a couple of steps here first:
To make sure your windows isn't corrupted because of the power outage, let's run chkdsk.
Click on My Computer, then right click your C: Drive (if you have other hard drives, you will want to run this on them as well). Then, click Properties. Inside that window, go to the Tools tab. Inside that tab, open up the "Check Now" button. That will open a smaller window. Select the checkbox to "Automatically fix file system errors", then hit Start. You will probably receive an error asking if you want to schedule the disk check, click Yes, then restart your computer.

After running the chkdsk, then please go to [http://www.getfirefox.com www.getfirefox.com], and download a fresh version of Firefox. I'm assuming you are using Internet Explorer to download Firefox. After the download has finished, double-click and run the Firefox install. Once it is finished, try to start Firefox up. Let me know how it goes!

Go back one page does not work

Since I had to reinstall Firefox 3.6.15, the "go back one Page" does not work in many cases. Sometimes by clicking on history and manually returning, it works. Id there a fix for this problem, because it is new.
