%IGMP_QUERIER-4-SAME_SRC_IP_ADDR

I am repeatedly getting this message referencing and L2 Trunk Port see below;
 %IGMP_QUERIER-4-SAME_SRC_IP_ADDR:An IGMP General Query packet with the same source IP address (172.16.94.1) is received in VLAN 94 on port Gi4/18.
any ideas as to whats going on here.

It is connected to another 4506 as L2 Trunk. Please see the output below;
sh ip igmp snooping querier vlan 94
IP address               : 172.16.94.1
IGMP version             : v3
Port                     : Router
Max response time        : 10s
Query interval           : 60s
Robustness variable      : 2
This is it's own IP address on that VLAN.
