guys ihave aproblem with imessege my country is not listed so when i add one of my friends phone number without the country code and he call me his name shows but in the imessege ican just his numbers without the name but when i add the country code when they call me the numbers shows but without the country code number but in the imessege the name shows plz help me with this dilema becouse alot of people here having the same problem and ithink becouse you havent but our country code in the face time and in imesseges by the way my country is kuwait and the same problem is saudia arabia

It seems that this problem is happening everywhere not just Arabian gulf companies! I've done some research and I've seen posts and blogs complaining about the same issue.
I've spoken to apple care representatives and was escalated to a supervisor who advised that apple is well swear of the issue and that they expect an update with in one to two weeks from now that hopefully will address the problem.
Mean while, I've tried restoring twice but I've used the same update that I've downloaded from iTunes. Sadly no good results. However I've read somewhere two points:
1. That if you down load the iOS 5 manually from a different source and use that to RESTORE your device to iOS 5 that this will resolve the issue.
2. Some friend tell me that apple made a statement to their customers to wait at least one week before downloading and updating to iOS 5
Im going to try the two approaches and see what happens.
