Ihave lost all my contacts in the cloud while I sync my telephon. Please help me to get they back!!

i have a MAC OS X Yosemite vers. 10.10.01
my contact are about the cloud on this MAC, on IPad, IPhone and an other PC.
I got a new telephone and like zu sync all contact from PC to the telephone. But it was wrong and I cancel this an PC - better it will be on telephone. Now all my contacts I have lost. Please help me, to find all perhaps in a backup.

You can check for recently installed suspicious or unknown extensions.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
