II bought an album and it downloaded on my Iphone but in itunes on my computer, only the digital booklet downloaded. If I go to the I tunes store it shows as purchased and therefore I can't download it again. Please help

HT1848 I purchased a album on my iPhone and was playing it for several days... Last night after syncing it to my laptop i no longer have it on my phone and the only thing that shows up in my iTunes is the digital booklet.

How in the world do i get my lost Album back?
I purchased a Album from Itunes on my iphone, Played it for several days. Then when I synced my phone to my laptop, the album is no longer there. It shows up in the Itunes on my computer but only as the digital booklet, which you are supposed to get after a purchase.
I tried downloading all songs into itunes, that didnt work. I tried logging out of my account with no avail. I tried seeing if i could go into iTunes again and buy redownload it. But it showes that I have to purchase it again...
Any help would be appreciated.

Here is some helpful information regarding preorder albums in iTunes. I would recommend checking to see if you can download the single directly from the preorder album as some artists release a single that is separate from the album and will be a different purchase.

Can't download the digital booklet of a purchased album.

Hello, guys. I purchased an album on a divice(my iPhone), but when I opened my computer, itunes didn't download the digital booklet automatically. And the digital booklet can't be downloaded at the 'purchased' option. I really need the digital booklet, what should i do? Thanks for your help.

I tried a few things. Not sure which one made it work. These are from an HP standpoint.
One attempt was going to the Edit toolbar/Preferences/Store button and click Always check for downloads and click the Books box.
The second was by going to View/Show Sidebar. Then under Store, doing a left click on the "Purchased" and select "Check for available downloads."

Contact the iTunes store support people at expresslane.apple.com (it will be via email), provide them with the date of purchase, the transaction # (from your purchase history), and they will likely regrant the download. You could also try accessing the purchases tab on your device, and try the download again.

How can I get the digital booklet included with the albums I am purchasing from iTunes directly on my iPad? My MacBook died about 6 months ago, so now I just have an iPhone and iPad. I would like to be able to see the Digital Booklet in my iPad when I download the album. I do not have any other computer to download the booklet to and sync to my iPad.

I would be concerned too if the songs I purchased from iTunes were not downloading to my iPhone. You have taken some great troubleshooting steps already, and thank you for providing the details of the steps you too. I have a few additional suggestions to get it downloaded to your iPhone.
First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted:
If your download was interrupted using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
From the Home screen, tap the iTunes app.
For iPhone or iPod touch, tap More > Downloads. For iPad, tap Downloads.
Enter your account name and password if prompted.
Tap the blue download arrow to resume.

If the songs still do not download, next I recommend downloading the songs when connected to another network. For example, if you are using the cellular network, you could switch to Wi-Fi, or you could try an alternate Wi-Fi network. I had the similar problem last night and found a solution (although it takes more than a few clicks). Highlight all the album tracks in itunes on the pc and right click "get info". Check the artwork box in this window. I found that the now playing art was showing up in the itunes window, but on songs that were missing artwork showed nothing in the get info box. When I replaced the artwork by using the artwork command, or manually adding it into the "get info" window. It was annoying but my iphone updated every album.

Which country are you in, Indonesia or Australia ? You have to be in a country to use its store, and you can't use a credit card issued by a bank in a different country i.e. if you are in Indonesia then you can only use the Indonesian store and only use a credit card issued by an Indonesian bank.
For the message to contact iTunes Support, if you haven't already done so then you will need to do as the message says (these are user-to-user forums) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
