ILife 06 - Do I need a serial number?

Hi there.
I'm selling my G4 Powerbook and would like to give the new owner a copy of iLife 06.
I can't seem to find the serial number for iLife 06.
Does new owner need this to run the product - or will he eventually get error messages asking him to input a serial number for the product?

If you activated Find My Phone before it was lost or stolen, you can track it only if it is connected to the Internet by Wi-Fi or cellular. Your photos remain in place, the catalog you have been using will remain. After you install Lightroom from the CC, all you have to do is open your existing catalog and continue right where you left off.

Hi, I had the same problem and I found that you don't need a serial number anymore. Here is what I did:
(1)I went to Applications fodder on my Mac. (You can navigate to the Application folder from 'New Finder Window.')
(2) Deleted Pages (installed as part of the free free trial version) from the Applications Folder. Also deleted 'IWorks' from the Applications folder.
(3) Started AppStore.
(4) Clicked on Purchases.
(5) Clicked on Pages.
(6) Clicked Install.
(4) repeated (5) and (6) for Numbers and Keynote

SIgn in with your Apple ID, the same one you used to access this support forum.
Hopefully, you will see a list of all the devices you registered with your Apple ID, including their serial numbers. Let me know how this works out.
Edit to add: If you enabled "find my imac" on your Pro, you ought to be able to remotely lock it, or even wipe its memory. Click http://www.icloud.com/ sign in with your Apple ID and click the big green "find my iPhone" icon (nevermind the name, it will find all your devices provided they're running Lion or iOS 5).
Then file a police report and nail the b*****d.

I am attempting to get help through Apple Support- Chat, but I need my serial number. It is not showing up in iTunes under the device preferences. Any other ways to retrieve the serial number through iCloud?
If anyone has any idea of what is going on with my phone, I would love some assistance. I live 45 minutes from the nearest Apple Store. Here's the situation:
About 2 weeks ago, my phone started shutting itself off and restarting randomly.
About a week and a half ago, I would randomly get a blue screen and then the phone would restart multiple times.
About a week ago I turned off Touch ID in an effort to resolve the issue, after reading some fixes from this community. That seemed to help. I do have the animation turned off, so I had read that there may be an issue between the Touch ID and animation reduction. If that had not helped, I was going to turn the animation back on.
Last night my phone seemed fine. I did hear it restart in the middle of the night once, but this morning it will not power on at all.
I tried connecting it to my computer through iTunes, but iTunes does not see it and I cannot access the device information from it.
My phone is less than a month old, and for the first two weeks it worked great. I am taking it into the AT&T Store today where it was purchased, but I don't really have high hopes for a resolution.
Any help is much appreciated!

My iPad has been stolen. Someone broke into my house on Tuesday. I have already tried locking it through icloud. I have reported this to the authorities but they cannot do much unless I give them the serial number to the iPad. With the serial number they can put it into a database and send that inormation to pawn shops, so i the theie tries to pawn it, the pawn shop employeee can convscate the iPad and hand it over to the authorites. I need the serial number to report it to the authorities. I dont have the box it came in or the receipt and its not on my itunes on the computer because I didnt use it or music, just pictures. If you have registered your device, you can go to https://supportprofile.apple.com/ and log into your apple id. Your devices appear there with serial numbers.
Additionally, your serial number is included on the original receipt when purchased at any Apple Online or Apple Retail store, or any Authorized Apple Reseller.

If you registered it, Apple can help you. Give them a call.
Change your iTunes (Apple ID) password along with any other password that was stored in the iPod. If any passwords are associated with credit cards, contact the CC company and get your card replaced (with a new number). If any passwords are associated with your bank or any savings institution, contact them also and discuss approprate action with them.
The "Find my..." function is pretty much useless if the device is in the hands of a thief. All that is necessary is for the thief to connect to any computer with iTunes and "Restore as new."
The only real protection you have is with the personal information on the device rather than the physical device itself. Something as small as an iPod should have a strong 8-digit (or longer) password AND be configured for automatic wipe in the event of ten consecutive incorrect password entries.

There is no serial number and you don't need one. What you need for a subscription is to SIGN IN within Acrobat, so it knows the subscriptions you own.
