Illustrator 12 (CS2) help does not appear in Adobe Help Center 2.0

Hi, I've just installed Illustrator CS2 today and I wanted to search for something in the help center but the only 2 products that appear in it are Photoshop CS2 and After FX CS2. I've restartred the computer to see if it would resolve the problem, but no..
So I need help in enabling Illustrator info in Help center.
Oh, and neither does Audition 3 appear in there.

I forgot one detail. This happened while I was having trouble seeing the mouse cursor (I use Apple's Magic Mouse). It had disappeared briefly. I had to drag the cursor out of the Firefox Window for it to reappear. I accidentally entered full screen view while the cursor was not visible.

Postings on profit center but does not appear in the profit center report

Hi all!
I have a very strange problem. My customer is using cost of sales accounting. When I reconcile the cost of sales accounting profit and loss report with a profit center or cost center report I found that for a certain month there is a few descrepancies. I found that for a certain functional area I had postings on a specific account (account 451240 loss price differences) on functional area and both on cost center and profit center but these postings does not appear in the profit center or cost center reports. When I look at the postings in fbl3n or fs10n I can see that they are assigned to both cost centers and profit centers. How is this possible? How can a posting be made to a cost center or profit center but not appear in the corresponding reports?

The download icon from my Adobe Illustrator CS2 disk does not appear on my laptop. Where can I find it? How can I download the program?

When I load my Adobe Illustrator CS2 disk onto my recently reconfigured laptop, the icon to download and install the program does not appear. I have tried opening it through a Finder window, but haven't had any success. How can I download this program to my computer?

Is there a way to export my movie timeline (as in the organisation of my
clips, not just the movie) to a external hard drive. I thought publish
would help but I'm unsure and the export button under file doesn't light
up. I'm using Elements 11 and I'm trying to save it to a hard drive so I
can unistall the program, upgrade my operating system and reinstall.

Apps panel does not appear, "Install Adobe Apps" not working

I would like to download Photoshop CC (first the trial version) but after downloading Creatice Cloud Desktop, the Apps panel does not appear at all. If I click on the "install adobe apps" tab nothing happens. I have tried everything that was written on the forum but nothing seems to work . I have also re-installed the programs several times.@

Ciao guys, in the end I tried everything in this post but nothing worked.
I managed to solve the problem through this: creative cloud is blank window why? renaming that opm.db file but in the "Program Files (x86)" folder (I prevously used the "program files" one.

The Scan does not appear in HP Solution Center

My HP4180 Solution Center does not show a scan option on it but it has the capability to scan for some reason it disappeared when an update was done how do I get this back on the Solution Center?

Menu does not appear in adobe reader XI

I am using Adobe Reader XI in windows XP. Menus dont appear when i click an item on the menu bar or right click in the open space. This thing occurs in my system for Adobe reader only. In rest of the applications in my system menus appear and it works fine.

I was going to suggest a "repair" of the Reader... but that's done from the Help menu, which doesn't appear.
Plan B
Download the Adobe Cleaner tool to completely remove Reader from your system, and then download the offline installer to replace it.
If it doesn't work after that, get back to us here and we'll look at some registry settings to fix it.

I'm attempting to create a pdf from InDesign and the Illustrator image does not appear properly.

I'm attempting to create a pdf from InDesign and the Illustrator logo does not appear properly. The logo has a light blue color background with a black to white gradiant over it with a multiply designation set at 100%. I flattened the logo in illustrator before importing into InDesign. When the pdf is created, the blue background of the logo drops out and the only thing showing is the graduated screen of black. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I'm on Mac OSX (10.5.8) using Acrobat 7 Professional and Acrobat
Reader 9 to view the pdf. I created it by exporting. Attached is a
screen capture of the letterhead. Since I posted, I sent a test pdf to
my partner's computer eventhough it didn't look right on my system and
she said it looked fine to her. I've restarted my computer and tried
again and still get the same results.

Every time I switch on the iPhone, the iTunes icon is displayed together with a USB icon and Emergency call message appears on the screen in many languages. When I touch the i symbol I get the following information IMEI: **** AND ICCID: ****
However, the iphone is visible in the Devices directory in iTunes. I changed my SIM card but still can not be recognized by the iPhone.

Do you mean when you say its locked to another carrier other then the one im using, that maybe my insurance sent me an iphone thats for a different network for example orange and not mine which is o2?

I can no longer burn a disc. The command to do so does not appear in my Files menu. All my recordings are 100% legal. I have installed a new version (it still looks the same), but that hasn't helped. I have done so before.

All my music is from legal sources (albums owned by me, others from iTunes), but the Burn Disc command does not appear in the File menu, and nothing I do helps. I downloaded a new version of iTunes, but it still loks the same and may just be the same. But the problem started long before I did that.

You don't even need to show the general Sidebar as suggested by others.

You should be syncing your contacts with an app on your computer or cloud service (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc), and not relying on a backup. If you haven't been doing this, start now and then restore your old backup. You will then be able to sync the new contacts back into the phone. However, you will lose all messages, etc newer thant the backup.
