Illustrator and Photoshop CS6 install error EX20

When installing Illustrator and Photoshop CS6 I receive the error EX20. In looking at the installation log file there is warning DF029. Suggestions?

Hold fingers over Shift Alt CTLR (PC) or Shift Opt Command (Mac)
Boot Illustrator
Immediately after booting depress the 3 keys as fast as you can.

Hello, I am having issues with my Illustrator and Photoshop CS6. Both software are encountering different issues. For Illustrator, the issue is that when the software is trying to start up, it crashes unexpectedly (it seems to get stuck on the "ColorHarmony.aip" then quits). Illustrator opens maybe 5% of the time when i sit there and try to open it, but its rare to get it to work.
For Photoshop, it crashes 50% of the time during start up (similar to Illustrator), but the main issue with Photoshop is that when it actually opens, everything becomes incredibly slow. The mouse glitches and it takes extremely long for anything to actually work, I can't even select tools because the mouse glitches so bad.
inDesign however is completely fine.
I own the Adobe Creative suite : Standard
My computer is a HP Envy laptop with windows 8.1. It has 16b of RAM, an i7 processor and has a nvidia geforce graphics card.
I have already un-installed and re-installed the software and even did a system restore and it didn't solve the issue.
Please help I need this for school.

Illustrator and Photoshop CS6 both will not allow me to print from them

Illustrator and Photoshop CS6 both will not allow me to print from them. InDesign will, but illustrator keeps popping up with "can't print the illustration." i have read other forums and i understand outlining typefaces, and spot colors but, it still will not allow me to print. Even if i open a completely new file and just try to print a black square it will not allow it. the problem might have started with an emailed EPS file? but im not 100 percent sure. i have disconnected and re connected the printer but the problem just seems as if all Illustrator, and Photoshop files will not print from the program and the connection with the printer is non existent (even though it says it is). please help!

Restoring CS4 Illustrator and Photoshop after an error message of 6 then 5

Recently had a problem with email on OS10.9.5 and had to reinstall the system. The migration took 27 hours (like watching grass grow). When it finished I couldn't use my Photoshop or Illustrator (CS4) which was working fine before. Now I get a Error 5 or 6 message. No phone for Adobe so can't talk to a person, downloaded a License Recovery 111 which doesn't work. Don't want to upgrade, just restore the CS4. What can I do.

Reinstall the software properly. Run the cleaner tool if necessary.

Upgrade CS6 Illustrator and Photoshop Problem

Hi hi,
When I tried to upgrade my CS 6 Illustrator and Photoshop through my Adobe Updater, I kept getting the following errors:
Adobe Illustrator CS6 Update (version 16.0.3)
Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7
Adobe Photoshop 13.0.2
Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7
Please advice on how to overcome the error.

I've followed your manual downloading of patch installation, but error U44M2P7 occurs for both manually downloaded patch for Illustrator and Photoshop CS6 for Mac.

Where can I download Illustrator CS6 and Photoshop CS6

I am a Creative Cloud member and I can't find an online link to get Illustrator and Photoshop CS6.
I am on a Mac OSX 10.6.8, unfortunately I can't run CC programs all the time.
My illustrator crashed and I need to reinstall both CS6 programs.

Illustrator and Photoshop's stroke appearing larger then the pixel size I put.

My strokes in Illustrator and Photoshop CS6 are showing up larger then the pixel size that I put in. I checked my settings and nothing looks out of the norm. What could be causing this problem?

Photoshop CS6 & 5 Errors and Illustrator CS6

Been asked by support chat to post this in here.
I am running Yosemite (and have been with no issues at all) with my Macbook Pro, and have had CS6 running and Photoshop CS5.
I am now getting errors with CS6 Illustrator and Photoshop, and also CS5 Photoshop. Indesign CS6 is working with no problems at all.
I've tried a few different things suggested by people, but I'm not very "techy" so for some the issue might be quite obvious, but to me I can't work it out. Apple support have said to speak directly to adobe .
I've attached 3 screenshots of the errors in order of Photoshop CS6 / 5 & Illustrator CS6 - any help of tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

I am trying to run my registered CS6 Design Standard programs for the first time after install. InDesign runs OK, but Illustrator and Photoshop will only run in trail mode. How do I activate those two?

I can't get my registered versions of CS6 Photoshop and Illustrator to run in full mode. I installed CS6 Design Standard online end of June (an upgrade from CS5.5), on my old MacBook Pro. I didn't run the programs then as I was waiting on arrival of new MacBook Pro. I migrated the programs from my old MacBook to the new, and today tried to run those programs for the first time. InDesign work OK (after an initial hiccup) but Illustrator and Photoshop will only run in trial mode, and won't let me save files. My CS6 Design Standard shows with it's registration in my Adobe Account. All seems in order, but Illustrator and Photoshop won't run in registered mode. Can you please help?

Please use the uninstallers to remove your current installation. They are located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. Once the uninstall is complete you will also want to run the CC Cleaner Tool. I previously downloaded CS6 Master Collection and selected Illustrator and Photoshop. Now I need to add InDesign. I called a while back and someone helped me download almost everything, I think. I just need help with the next phase. They said something about deleting my existing Master Collection and reinstalling it? HELP! Is there a phone number I can call?

you shouldn't need to uninstall anything (and do not delete any files).
just run the master collection installer and tick/select the programs you want to install.

When I try to update I get an U44M1I210 error message, "Unable to extract the downloaded files" - help please, applies to latest Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop CC

When I try to do a CC update I get an U44M1I210 error message, "Update failed - Unable to extract the downloaded files. Press retry to download again. (U44M1I210)" - help please - re-downloading makes no difference, applies to latest Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop CC, others seemed to update without problems. I can see the disk image files in AAMUpdater folder but they will not open and come up with "couldn't be opened - resource busy" message.

Yes Jeff, I did all those several times to no avail.
I've included a small error snippet from two installs here. In Creative Cloud when updating the Apps, all 3 get to 50%, then the failure occurs. Retrying starts at 50% and fails the same way each time.
This first one is a segment from the Indesign updater - I have always had the all hard drive folders with read and write privileges allowed and I checked again, this is still the case so I do not know why this particular error message is arising. The second snippet if from the Illustrator update.

Error code: 150:30 Illustrator and Photoshop; how do I fix this?

All of the sudden when I was trying to open AI I got a screen with "Illustrator Licensing for this product has stopped working", and error code: 150:30 how do I fix this?
I am on MAC OS X 10.9.4 and Illustrator and Photoshop CS4.

Reinstall the software properly and fix the permissions on your Library folder. Apple keep messing with this with every update...
