Illustrator CC (2014) update error message U44M1P7

When I try to update Illustrator CC (2014) I get the error message U44M1P7. Clicking "more details" just takes me to my Installers folder, which I have no idea how to interpret what that means and, therefore, I don't know how to troubleshoot.

.... a solution of this problem.
1. Launch any of CC App (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
2. Go to the HELP -> UPDATES
3. It will start Adobe Aplication Manager, then UNCHECK ALL of Adobe CSXS Infrastucture 4 files (910 KB) under all of your updating Aplications.
4. Click "UPDATE" button.

Illustrator CC (2014) update error

I'm having issues when attempting to update Illustrator CC (2014) via Creative Cloud. (Update Failed --> Errors encounterd during installation. (U44M1P7)). The issue has been happening for sometime. I haven't had the need to fix it until now. This started happening in both Windows 8 and Mavericks OS. I have updated my MacBook to Yosemite and still experience the same issues. I have a log which I cannot upload in this forum. Any ideas?

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? I suspect Mac because of the name your error.

PS Error Message U44M1P7

It seems that many people are experiencing the same problem downloading the new updates. I too get the same error message, U44M1P7. As others, I used the Cloud Cleaner tool and followed the instructions to the letter, but nothing seems to work. What can we do?

Ridoroto and Setimus the U44M1P7 error means nothing more than the update you have attempted to apply has failed to install. Please see Installation failed. In particular if the direct download of the update is not available then it will be necessary for you to review your installation log files. This is referenced in the previous document but you can also see Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html for information on how to locate and interpret your installation log files.
The CS Cleaner tool may or may not be an appropriate resolution depending upon what error is contained within your installation log files.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Step 1
For this step, the title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
In the top right corner of the Console window, there's a search box labeled Filter. Initially the words "String Matching" are shown in that box. Enter the name of the crashed application or process. For example, if iTunes crashed, you would enter "iTunes" (without the quotes.)
Each message in the log begins with the date and time when it was entered. Select the messages from the time of the last crash, if any. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
☞ The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Please don't post screenshots of log messages—post the text.
☞ Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.
Step 2
In the Console window, select
DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION ▹ User Diagnostic Reports
(not Diagnostic and Usage Messages) from the log list on the left. There is a disclosure triangle to the left of the list item. If the triangle is pointing to the right, click it so that it points down. You'll see a list of crash reports. The name of each report starts with the name of the process, and ends with ".crash". Select the most recent report related to the process in question. The contents of the report will appear on the right. Use copy and paste to post the entire contents—the text, not a screenshot.
I know the report is long, maybe several hundred lines. Please post all of it anyway.
☞ If you don't see any reports listed, but you know there was a crash, you may have chosen Diagnostic and Usage Messages from the log list. Choose DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION instead.
In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)
☞ Please don’t post other kinds of diagnostic report—they're very long and rarely helpful.

Thanks for the reply. The deletion of the BadDrivers.txt file is your best opportunity for a resolution. So, let us pursue that.
If you have Premiere Elements 10 on Windows 7 64 bit, the BadDrivers.txt file is there. But....in your attachments, you show
Program Files
Program Files (x86)
and no signs of Program Data where you must start in the path to the BadDrivers.txt file.
a. Could you be using Windows 7 32 bit?
or
b. Are you working with Folder Options Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path cited.
In Windows 7 64 bit,
Click on Start
In the Search field that appears above Start, type in Folder Options.
Folder Options text will appear at the top of that left column for you to click on.
Clicking on Folder Options will bring up its dialog.
Click on the View Tab of the Folder Options dialog.
Then scroll down the list of options under View until you reach Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives,
and make sure that it is selected.
Program Data should appear in the lineup which includes Program Files and Program Files (x86).

It means that Adobe need to pull their act together and fix their awful application manager. Well, whatever. Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, reinstall the programs, try again.

Many update errors are caused by missing or modified files that Photoshop requires, typically by a disk cleanup utility (such as CleanMyMac or MacKeeper). Make sure that you have the latest updates for your clean-up utilities or discontinue use.

Thank You Eric, I contacted Cisco, they have nothing for Maverick OS.. too new for them.. It still works fine but I can't access my router settings If needed if I needed to view my settings, to change a password or add more guest access. Right now if I had to do something, They said they would have to make the changes locally through their website and there would be a fee because I'm out of warranty.. Since I'm able to still connect since upgrading to Maverick, I assumed Apple included a patch or something in the Maverick upgrade..
