Illustrator CC says it can't update because my system is out of date - but's it's not
I'm trying to download Illustrator CC from Adobe Cloud and I get the message that "You are running an operating system that Illustrator no longer supports. Refer to the system requirements below for a full list of supported platforms."
But I'm not - I'm running 10.6.8 - which is listed under System Requirements.
Help.

Sounds like you actually have a 1st generation as those cannot update beyond iOS 3.1.3.

thanks!Yes. If you do it through the settings on the iPod and have an older iPod, make sure the iPod is charging either via a computer or wall charger. It can takes hours to erase an older iPod.

I tried to update my iPhone 4S but I now keep getting an error saying I need to restore my phone before it can be used because it's in recovery mode! But if I restore it I lose all my media and data and I don't want to do that! Is there anything I can do?? Somone please help, i'm freaking out over here!
Anything that was on the phone is already gone. You have no choice but to restore. If you were backing up and syncing the phone on a regular basis, you should be able to restore your backup with minimal data loss.

When I enter my photos app(only on my iPad Air), it says my iCloud storage can't update because it's full. In the settings it says I have 1,5 GB storage left. How do I solve this problem?

I changed my AppleID a long time ago to an email that I no longer use and I have updates for apps that I can't update because my old email is filled in to where i sign in and it wont let me change it to my new one???
The problem with those two apps is that they are supposed to be in your Apple ID and you didn't set up the Mac properly/completely when you got it.
You might try deleteing them and using OS X Recovery to install them again.

Plenty of ipod space, but iTunes says I can't update or synchronize
I can't synchronize my ipod and itunes library. When I select my playlists and apply, I get a "Can't update because there's not enough space on your ipod". There aren't any files on the ipod though.

Well, I'm on my third restore and now I'm ******. Also seems to be trying to load podcasts on the ipod by default. Unchecked the synch button on podcast, but it still tells me I don't have enough space. -
I did not realize Iife was already on the new mac, and installed I life from a disk. Now Iphoto has a circle with a slash, when trying to open is says (you can open iPhoto because is may be damaged or incomplete. ?
This sounds different than with my IOS devices, since I am able to see the photos even with a connection to the Internet.
Do you mean without a connection to the internet? With a connection it's logical you would be able to see the PS.

This tells me that the image files are not on the HD unless the subscriber chooses to download them. -

Muse CC installer says it can't install because beta version is present
The Beta was uninstalled with the Adobe Uninstall app and is gone, but the installer says it can't install because a beta version is installed. it is not.
Did you run the cleaner after uninstalling?

Can't update the flashplayer becasue it states I need to close firefox? Not sure why, I have an updated version of flashplayer but when I go in through firefox it tells me I need to update it, but won't because I am in firefox. This seems to be a problem when I am in FB.
You must close Firefox to install the update after it is saved to your hard drive. Follow the instructions below.
There are 2 versions of Adobe Flash. Both must be installed and updated on Windows systems. In Firefox it would show as Shockwave Flash in your plug-ins, if you had it installed.

How do I keep my installer from trying to update with Photoshop instead of installer? Quark can't update because the installer opens Photoshop which doesn't recognize the file and I'm not given the option to choose anything else.
1. Sync wasn't intended to be used in that manner. You would be better off carrying around a USB Flash Stick with Portable Firefox for use on "strange" PC's.
2. You could open the "Library" {Ctrl + Shift + B} and highlight all those bookmarks and then delete them all at once. But that would also delete all the other bookmarks, and it isn't foolproof. All another person would need to do it to '''''restore''''' a bookmark backup file that has your bookmarks. Beyond that, a new Profile could be created and then the current Profile deleted; but that's "messing with" someone else's computer - an action that is worthy of terminating a friendship over, IMO.
And if that "public" computer was set up properly, Sync should have been disabled. -

When you installed Snow Leopard, Tiger was replaced, leaving your programs and files intact.
What is causing your freezing problem is unknown, you can take Kappy's advice and remove everything, but you lose your files and free iLife programs that came with Tiger/new machine.
The 10.6.3 disk you "upgraded" with has the full 10.6.3 on it, but no free iLife suit, so a erase and install will remove what you already have installed.
You can try to locate your problem without the erase and install method by running through this list of fixes.

But before you do anything, backup your personal data off the machine to a extenal drive and disconnect.

Because if you have to follow Kappy's advice and wipe and install 10.6 fresh, it will cure your problem in nearly 99% of cases, but you have to rebuild everything. All programs and files.

If this is all too much for you, then STOP and call a local PC/Mac service or competant friend to assist you.
Yuo might need to install more RAM into the machine to make 10.6 run better as well.

Show itunes in the cloud purchases won't stay checked
For months now, when I open iTunes the option "show itunes in the cloud purchases" won't stay checked. I have to restart, sign out and sign back in and then the option only shows up half the time. This is VERY frustrating. What gives?!?
